I needed to transfer old tickets to new ones and book a resort and party. Nichole jumped right on it and called Disney to ensure I got my full credit! We had the entire trip planned and everything taken care of in a little more than half an hour. AMAZING!

Nichole made my trip to Disneyland so much fun. I hadn't been in YEARS and was so excited to go back as an adult with a friend. For me, that was jam packed with tons of walking to get the ultimate experience. She helped me curate exactly what I wanted. I caught every show and parade I wanted to see, she helped me master the Genie service, she helped me come up with a list of the best treats and where to get them, and had the best ride suggestions about where to hit and when. By the last day, my friend and I were totally pooped and Nichole helped us make a new plan that was a slower pace and seriously just as enjoyable.
