Kristi was wonderful to work with! In the beginning stages of our trip planning, she spent a lot of time gathering information for us. Kristi (Ali) was an absolute joy to work with. When we wanted a safe trip to Mexico, she suggested options that we could choose from. She stuck to our price range and provided us with a great selection of all -inclusive resorts. We were so happy with Los Cabos at the Hyatt Ziva. The price was cost effective and the views and landscape spectacular! Kristi had our transfers arranged to and from the airport; very safe. We had a great time and want to thank Ali for what she has done for us. It was a very painless process from booking our trip to getting back home. We had a time of our lives. Puerto Vallarta was a wonderful area from where we stayed, to meeting the local people, the local shopping and the night life. Rhythms of Night was an amazing excursion that I will never forget. This is the first time I have worked with a travel agent. I must say it was really slick to have someone else deal with all of the arrangements and just send us the documents we needed. She also made some suggestions on how we could make the trip smoother (expedite customs) and reminded us what documents we would need (traveling with a minor and 1 parent). Mazatlan Trip

The hotel check in didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. No one was there to direct us to the "elite" guest area, so we first ended up in the regular check in lines and the desk clerk got perturbed with me because I was the wrong area and wasting his time when many other people were waiting.
The other thing was that we didn't receive the " carnival" basket in our room that everyone else received.

Kristi was excellent to work with! She listened to exactly what I wanted for my bucket list Christmas in NYC trip with my adult kids, and between her and the NYC travel company she contacted, we had a perfectly flawless vacation!!! We all 3 commented on expecting something to end up not going right but everything exceeded our expectations!!

3RD Visit to Punta Cana

I have had the pleasure of knowing Kristi for about 15 years, we previously worked together at a different travel agency and I have been using Kristi as a travel agent for about 4 years now since I am no longer a travel agent and have book several trips through her and have referred may friends and family to her.
Kristi is always professional and honest. I trust her completely to get us the best deal possible.
Kristi and her assistant are always efficient. I contacted her several times prior to my departure to have her check to see if the price has gone down and she is always speedy at returning with the answers for me.
During the planning stage of this particular trip I used Kristi's knowledge of the area to find a different hotel than what I have used in my previous visits to Punta Cana.
My plan is to get a large group together for another trip to Punta Cana in 2019 and we will definitely all be using Kristi.

Through the magic of google, I am so fortunate to have found Kristi to help me plan my destination wedding. When I first met Kristi I was overwhelmed by location and hotel choices. After a brief phone conversation she helped me narrow it down to Mexico!! From there she provided me different hotel options and their prices. Including little things she liked about each one. Kristi even set up a phone meeting with one of the Hard Rock Resort Wedding reps so I could ask all my questions. Kristi was so great to work with and always responded quickly to my emails. She helped book almost 70 of our guests to the resort! Even helping my family members from Europe with their connecting flights. Kristi made sure everyone's transportation to/from the airport was clear and smooth. She even threw in a little extra for my husband and I!! (it was a great surprise).

Honeymoon Trip

After spending weeks trying to plan our own honeymoon to no avail, my wife and I decided to try using a travel agent and wound up emailing Kristi. From the get go, she was incredibly responsive (always emailed us back within a day, most of the time within a few hours), and made the entire process a breeze. We just got back last week, and everything was absolutely perfect. She had everything planned down to transportation to and from the airport/hotel. I can't tell you how nice it was to get to the airport, have a ride waiting to drive us to the hotel, then on the day we left to have another ride waiting out front. We literally did not have to worry about a single thing. She was extremely helpful in making sure that we had the perfect honeymoon planned, and even checked in before we left to make sure we had everything we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Kristi if you are looking for some help in planning a vacation. We would definitely use her again for our next trip. Thanks Kristi!

I really selected Kristi at random to gather information about a trip to Florida. The only guide lines I gave was, Florida, on the beach, warm. She was very quick to respond with a few suggestions. We chose Sheraton Sand Key resort. It was a perfect fit for what we wanted on this trip. A lot of R&R in the sun . Kristi is the best travel agent I have ever used. She listens to what I want and uses every resource to come up with the best plan for me. I've had the best vacations using her as my agent. I've asked her to plan 3 vacations for me now and recommended her to friends. She helped with my first trip to New Zealand, getting me set up for all the Lord of the Rings adventures as well as so many interesting hikes and journeys around the New Zealand landscape. She helped me with my second trip to New Zealand where I also spent time in Australia. When one of my connecting flights got switched she was right there to help so I didn't get stranded. We recently went to Ireland and although the Scotland part of our trip was planned by the band we were going with, I didn't like their travel agent at all and switched to Kristi for our personal portion, knowing she would get exactly what I wanted. Kristi has worked on two trips for me since the beginning of the year: one to the Dominican and the other to the U.K. (England and Scotland) and Ireland. She planned our Dominican trip because she was the travel agent for a wedding I attended, and she did a great job for that trip. Because I don't live in The Twin Cities and I knew that Kristi tended to specialize in Caribbean trips, I tried to contact a couple of other travel agents near me to help me plan the UK/Ireland vacation. These other travels agents either didn't get back to me at all or contacted me later than I had expected. I ended up contacting Kristi, relatively last minute, to help me plan the UK/Ireland trip for four people, with varying destinations towards the end of the trip. Kristi was exceptional in planning and found us excellent flights and lodging for our trip. She is extremely responsive. I will be using her travel expertise again for my future trips.

First family outing

Ali was very nice and was quite flexible in our meandering ideas of what might suit for a first family trip. She was very lax in communication and did not research some of the items we had discussed. I wish she had been more versed in some of the locations we mentioned based on the profile she promoted. The only reason we won't suggest her to family is because we'd like to establish a better relationship with her. We try really hard to get to know our vendors before suggesting family and friends to use them. I believe that once a good relationship is fostered we will be able to update this review and hopefully pass on Ali's information.

My wife and I have worked with Kristi for a couple of years now. She has been very knowledgeable about the destinations we have chosen to visit. Kristi knows my wife and I lean toward the higher class 5-star hotels by the visits we have had with her, so she always has suggestions where we should stay. Once we pick out a destinations she plans the flight, transfers to hotel, rooms at the hotels to our standards,travel insurance, everything we need for a care-free trip with no surprises. When we book with her we know ahead of time what we will get when we arrive and what it will cost. Sometimes she plans a trip for us that ends up costing more then what we thought and we decide not to go. This doesn't upset Kristi and she is always happy to help us the next time we decide to travel. I know you can plan trips on the internet, but we like knowing exactly the type of room we are getting before we go. Destination Wedding Extravaganza!

Having Kristi plan our wedding in Playa del Carmen was a fantastic experience! Not only was the resort she suggested a great place (fantastic amenities, great staff) it was also in our budget.
She helped us find a location that was friendly to same-sex couples, so we felt comfortable.
We had a total group of 39 people attend, and to have Kristi there to help us handle them all was invaluable. Actually, my husband and I didn't have to do much at all :)
Kristi also made the process a lot of fun too! She is professional, but we had a good number of laughs while working with her.
