The hotel check in didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. No one was there to direct us to the "elite" guest area, so we first ended up in the regular check in lines and the desk clerk got perturbed with me because I was the wrong area and wasting his time when many other people were waiting.

The other thing was that we didn't receive the " carnival" basket in our room that everyone else received.

Kristi has worked on two trips for me since the beginning of the year: one to the Dominican and the other to the U.K. (England and Scotland) and Ireland. She planned our Dominican trip because she was the travel agent for a wedding I attended, and she did a great job for that trip. Because I don't live in The Twin Cities and I knew that Kristi tended to specialize in Caribbean trips, I tried to contact a couple of other travel agents near me to help me plan the UK/Ireland vacation. These other travels agents either didn't get back to me at all or contacted me later than I had expected. I ended up contacting Kristi, relatively last minute, to help me plan the UK/Ireland trip for four people, with varying destinations towards the end of the trip. Kristi was exceptional in planning and found us excellent flights and lodging for our trip. She is extremely responsive. I will be using her travel expertise again for my future trips.

Ali was very nice and was quite flexible in our meandering ideas of what might suit for a first family trip. She was very lax in communication and did not research some of the items we had discussed. I wish she had been more versed in some of the locations we mentioned based on the profile she promoted. The only reason we won't suggest her to family is because we'd like to establish a better relationship with her. We try really hard to get to know our vendors before suggesting family and friends to use them. I believe that once a good relationship is fostered we will be able to update this review and hopefully pass on Ali's information.

Traveled with a group of 6 other people. Kristi helped plan all of our excursions, accommodations, transportation, and entertainment. It was one of the best trips any of us have ever been on. We were able to travel without any stress since we knew we were all taken care of by Kristi. Everything went without a hitch. Any question we had leading up to the trip, we knew we could ask Kristi and receive an answer quickly.

My wife and I have worked with Kristi for a couple of years now. She has been very knowledgeable about the destinations we have chosen to visit. Kristi knows my wife and I lean toward the higher class 5-star hotels by the visits we have had with her, so she always has suggestions where we should stay. Once we pick out a destinations she plans the flight, transfers to hotel, rooms at the hotels to our standards,travel insurance, everything we need for a care-free trip with no surprises. When we book with her we know ahead of time what we will get when we arrive and what it will cost. Sometimes she plans a trip for us that ends up costing more then what we thought and we decide not to go. This doesn't upset Kristi and she is always happy to help us the next time we decide to travel. I know you can plan trips on the internet, but we like knowing exactly the type of room we are getting before we go. Kristi is very knowleageable and did very well in meeting our requests for each area we visited. She showed patience and communicated effectively throughout the process. We couldn't have coordinated such a long, involved holiday without her assistance. We wanted to pack in as much as we could. Kristi managed our 26 day, 2 countries, 8 different locations, 8 different hotels, 12 flights, and 13 different tours/experiences without a hitch.

Kristi was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to travel to (Playa Del Carmen), was always quick to respond to our inquiries/various requests, and made us feel very secure about all aspects of our travel - flights, transfers, and our resort.

This is our second year using Kristi to navigate all of the vacation hoop-lah. I reached out to Kristi way too late (or so I thought) to make anything enjoyable happen. HOWEVER, this (s)hero was able to plan the perfection vacation for us yet again. Kristi has so many wonderful qualities, but I will argue that her best quality is clear communication. With delayed flights, Kristi was wonderful to make sure communication was clear between the hotel and our transportation services. One less thing to worry about when you're trying to rebook a flight! Our experience from beginning to end was terrific. She worked really hard to meet all of our requests and followed through on everything she told us she would do. In addition her specific suggestions and guidance for us were all very helpful. Kristi really knows her stuff. I would use Kristi anytime we need to do extended travel.

We have done a large family cruise thru Ali and a small family cruise. We had a great time on both vacations. Ali set everything up, we didn't have any issues. She contacted us several times to see if we had any questions and to double check that everything was in place. I would recommend her services and we will be using her again in the future.

Kristi was put under the gun with just a couple of weeks to help me organize a trip to Hawaii, and she came through like a champ. Normally I do all my own reservations and research, but it became too complicated when I started adding Pearl Harbor when we were staying on another island. Kristi took care of the flight to Kona, then to Honolulu and back home. She also had a car service pick us up, a hotel for two nights on the Big Island....all things no way I could figure out under pressure. It was fabulous!!!

Ali did an awesome job for us. We were a family of 4 traveling outside of the US for the first time.
