I would like to thank you for one of the very best race events I have ever experienced. The trip was very well planned from the time we arrived in
Austin, the great rooms at the Embassy Suites Central, the bus service to and from the track and of course the incredible viewing from reserved seats made for " The Best " racing trips ever. I have been to several major race events before but a race at COTA was the best organized and executed event period! From our seats you could see 2/3rds of the race track plus directly across from our seats is a large monitor the showed close racing all over the track. This truly was an international event that should definitely be experienced! I've attached a few pictures that only touches the surface of the sensory overload that's included with this event. I will look to you for your help in planning our next excursion. US Grand Prix

Annette, got the tickets we needed. She answered all our questions over the months leading up to our trip. We had lots. She helped coordinate our "my Disney Experience" including reservation for restaurants in high demand. We had one small glitch with service at a park and called Annette. She was on it and took care of it and more. We could not have asked for better support throughout the entire process. This is our second round with Annette and will definitely use her for further Disney plans. Her knowledge and support are amazing.

Annette was a wonderful travel agent. From the very beginning it was clear that her goal was to help me put together a vacation that would be enjoyed by every member of our family. From the youngest at 3 to the teenager at 13, the parent at 33, and the grandparent at 63. The choices she helped me to make fit my aspirations exactly. She offered suggestions to bring down costs, but was clear what the benefits of the more costly choices would be.
BUT, more than THAT, when our flight home was cancelled and we had to scramble to arrange alternatives Annette was right there finding solutions, offering suggestions, and basically holding my hand while I panicked. I cannot express how comforting it was to know that she was on my side. I will recommend her to everyone I meet! She is a travel angel!

Annette helped me to plan a vacation to Disney World in March 2017 with my husband who is 87. She made great recommendations for us to stay at a hotel on site and sign up for the dining plan which was the best thing for us. It made it so much easier for my husband and I to go to the parks and see everything Disney. Then she helped me to get tickets to go again for Christmas with my son as a surprise for him. I was able to buy a magic band for him and get our tickets and fast passes attached and the surprise was perfect. Thanks for all your help Annette. She explained everything in detail about the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and any time I emailed her she responded very quickly. The cruise to the Caribbean

Our trip was an eleven day cruise to the Caribbean. Annette took care of all aspects of the trip from the flight there to the flight home and everything in-between.

Problem hotel fix

Hotel provided uninhabitable room. They had no others. We canceled. The hotel refused a full refund and wanted to charge a one night penalty. She was able.to fix that and get us a full refund! Great service!

Norwegian cruise ship

The experience I had was the Music playing in the places we when to a the site seeing for the history of it, plus the thorns tree, that they use the Roman's solder place on Jesus head was a site to see. And on the ship the rooms was very comfortable and the food excellent!

Annette is the best ! She was always quick to respond and she took all of the stress and anxiety out of trip planning. She handled our rebooking when Hurricane Ian came through and we couldn’t get home for 3 days ! I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. She encouraged us to make the most of it which wouldn’t have been my thinking but we did and it was really worth it . We had some of our best time there in the last evening of our original trip plan.

For our first trip ever to Hawaii everything was awesome. All of the transportation was completed when we got to each destination. The hotel accommodations were great in Waikiki, awesome in Maui and great in Kona once we upgraded to an ocean front room. The Pearl Harbor tour was great. The Road to Hana tour was great and the Twighlight Volcano tour was great. The two dive trips i did were awesome. Annette did an awesome job getting everything lined up and was very responsive the couple of times I had questions while we were there. Thank you very much Annette.

I was uncertain exactly what I wanted to plan for my family this year. I first started to plan a universal trip and ended up moving it to Disney. i felt like a pain to deal with, but wanted to make sure we would have a good experience. Annette listened to my thoughts and helped me pick the perfect vacation for my family. i asked for quotes and booked with her in like March. When free dining came out in April I wanted to make changes and she helped me look for the best pricing. I ended up moving my reservation to another resort to get free dining. during all of this she was right there to help me with everything I needed. she was very prompt on returning emails and messages. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. when it is time to book for next year I hope she is still there and willing to help me find the perfect place for my family. I have told everyone I know about her and hope they will call to help book their vacations also.

This was a once in a lifetime trip for our kids and grandkids, and we wanted it to be special, from the moment we arrived until we left. Having grown up in Southern California and spent many a year though my childhood at Disney, I thought I was prepared to plan the trip, until I learned that there are now two parks, hotels by the dozens, travel issues, and many options. Thankfully Annette was beyond patient with my questions, and chose for us exactly what our little group needed in the way of lodging and park needs. She also provided many "insider" tips, how-to, when-to, what-to insight on making our trip not only memorable but EASY. We loved our hotel (Staybridge Suites), the ability to travel to and fro without a care on the ART bus line, the ability to traverse both parks to our pleasure (logging 7-10 miles a day, according to my fit-bit!) and I can only say, Annette was the principle reason our vacation came off without a hitch. We cannot thank her enough for the dozens of emails she responded to, and kindness in encouragement and direction. Thank you Annette!!!!

Most people that we talked with, considered it a scam. They are letting too many people into the park. However the Universal was excellent and the passes that we paid for worked beautifully!!

I have so many amazing things to say about Annete, this review won't do her justice. She planned our first ever trip to Disney World for our son's 3rd birthday. We surprised him and it went off without a hitch. I called her and told her what we wanted, and she did the rest. She was able to get us a great deal, plan all our meals, set up our magic bands, confirm reservations, everything. I got to do the run research about restaurants and rides and she did the rest! My family has never had that much fun. We have planned a Disney cruise with her too, and as expected, I just called her and told her what our budget was, where we wanted to go, and she found us the perfect cruise. She is a great problem solver too, during our WDW trip, one of the magic bands stopped working and I called her while waiting in line for the Jungle Cruise and she had it fixed before we got on the ride! She has also worked with us around last minute military deployments and rescheduling booked trips. Annette is amazing and I refer her to everyone who says they are planning to go to Disney.
