Marsha has been arranging our vacations for at least 5 years for both my husband and me and now our daughter and family plus a nephew and his family. She has given us lots of options to choose from, kept looking for discounts and the most friendlist person I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She suggested places to see when we took the grandkids at Disney that we never even knew about when just us two went. We actually had a good time seeing those other venues with them. Disney is the only place my husband loves to go to and even after some 30 years of him going there, Marsha has come up with exciting things to do there. We totally trust Marsha in giving us the best possible vacation for our money and will continue to use her even if we sway to another state. What a wonderful trip my family and I had going to Disney World for the first time. We stayed at the Old Key West Resort which was truly amazing. Marsha suggested this beautiful resort to me as she began to help plan our families first family vacation in 16 years! I had no idea where to begin, so choosing the resort was the first item on the agenda. Then she strongly suggested to add the meal plan in with the resort and Disney World package which I did and will be forever grateful for that! Amazing food we had on our vacation, super easy to use with our Disney Magic bands. Marsha did all the preparations which took all the guess work out of it for me. I trusted her advice and direction and she was spot on with everything, she really knows her stuff. She reserved a dinner for us to dine at the beautiful Cinderella's Castle which was so magical for my daughter and I. We met all the princesses!! What amazing memories we have as a family. The plans for our Family Cruise began 1 1/2 years ago. We wanted to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our kids and grandkids and we wanted to do it on a 7 Day Disney Cruise between Dec 26, 2015 and Jan 2,2016. We had four families totaling 16 people from age 70 to age 6 and every age inbetween. We needed something for everyone. We needed HELP! The Disney Cruise was exactly what we needed to fulfill the interests of every age and Marsha could not have been more helpful. She started to know us and asked good questions to find our interests. We fired questions back to her - she had answers - on the spot or in a matter of an hour or so. We were NEVER left hanging. Because each family (four of them) coming from a different area, special ground transportation had to be arranged. All our ground transportation worked out - perfectly. Our port excursions were all arranged and worked out - perfectly! Prior to the trip we received emails and calls from Marsha Disney to remind us of this or that. Frankly, I do not know how she kept all our information straight - even when we needed to make changes - they were made - perfectly. We even had perfect weather! After a year and a half of plans, changes and questions galore, Marsha provided us with the family trip of a lifetime and memories we will never forget. Anyone would be in good hands with Marsha. We loved her. We'd call her again in a heartbeat.

My son was getting married at Treasure Island, FL and we decided to extend what was to be a week on the beach at Treasure Island into a two week vacation to take my daughter, son-in-law, and three grandkids on a "magical" Disney vacation. With much skepticism, I researched several Disney agents and landed on Marsha's site. Perhaps it was fate, but one thing was sure after the first conversation, and that was this woman is great! It had been years since I had been to Disney with my own kids and I had never stayed on site, but this was a very special trip. Marsha's recommendations were spot on - we stayed at the Beach Club Villas and when my sister (who lives 20 minutes from Disney) stopped by our villa - she was blown away at how beautiful it was and with all the amenities we had at our resort. Even a last minute decision to extend our stay by a day at the Villa didn't deter Marsha - she was "on it" and back to me within hours. All through the planning process, Marsha would reach out to me via email to make sure I had ordered our wrist bands, let me know when it was time to make meal reservations and walked me through every step of the way. I felt as if I had known her for years and she was truly excited for us as she helped us plan our vacation. I am planning on retiring in a couple of years and will call on Marsha yet again to plan a dream vacation for my husband and I as we kick off retirement - especially now that I know she is an expert in planning Hawaiian trips!

Marsha did an awesome job with all the arrangements. She suggested several dining venues we never would have thought of on our own and they were wonderful. She knows what the kids of each age will most likely enjoy and again was right on. We will continue to use Marsha's services. In fact, she has booked our next Disney trip for this July and we are excited about the good time we know she has arranged for us.
