This was our 1st year with Lisa Dunne as our representative. Lisa listened to our wish list of destinations and type of experience we wanted on our winter trip. Lisa was very helpful with giving us many options and extremely patient with us deciding on our final decision. The process took many weeks of Lisa sending us ideas of different resorts and helping us stick to our budget plan. We just came back from our trip and were extremely happy with our experience at our destination. Lisa also helped with booking our day excursion, which took all the stress off of us on pickup and transfer etc. I highly recommend Lisa’s services - if you don’t want any hassle or worries this is the route to go! My husband, kids, and myself had a trip booked for Florida this past November. Our departure flight was booked for 10am, although that's not too early, with having kids and trying to beat Toronto traffic, we were trying to avoid feeling rushed and stressed, we decided to stay at a hotel the night before. Knowing Lisa was in the travel business, I reached out to her to see if she had any recommendations on nearby hotels near Pearson Airport. Not even 5 minutes went by and she had already priced out hotels (including parking for the week!) for us and made sure the hotels offered an indoor pool for the kids and breakfast in the morning. Lisa was super helpful in the early stages of planning our trip. Her intake form is super handy and allows you to provide all of the pertinent details for the vacation you are dreaming of. She is very quick to respond to emails and sends multiple options to select from. She was also able to communicate with her contacts at the resort to ensure our young children could attend the kids club with an adult. She coordinated travel for my parents from up north to fly out of Toronto with us on the same flight. She provided a detail email about apps and important information days prior to our vacation. We have nothing but great things to say about Lisa. We recently returned home from Portugal where we had an amazing 11 day bus tour of that beautiful country. We did a trip to Ireland, Scotland, and Paris, and there was so much information that we needed and Lisa provided that information for us. We had an excellent time on our trip to Coba Bahia Principe. It was a family-friendly resort with lots to do with all ages of children. We are planning a second trip.

From initial contact until we arrived back home was a very smooth and easy process. We usually find and book our own travel but we decided we needed a late winter escape from work stress and reached out for options for all inclusive getaways in March or April. Lisa responded quickly and within 48 hours gave us 6 options within the criteria we have her for location,budget, and preferences. We looked them over, did some research and made our selection. From that moment on the communication was consistent and professional. We received a detailed itinerary with tips and inclusions as well as potential extras to avoid surprises and the trip went as planned. The resort was what we were looking for. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing but with easy access to more upbeat fun, beachfront, additional dining and anything else we needed. Would recommend both the resort for people who were looking for a nice getaway at a good price as well as Lisa for handling the details and planning.

This trip was truly remarkable and exceptionally relaxing. Our room was conveniently located near all the amenities, with less than a five-minute walk to the lobby, buffet, and pool areas. It was also in close proximity to the Gulf. During the day, we would sit by the pool and enjoy our time, while in the evening, we could on our patio and listen to the music. If one had a slight disability the resort supplied, at your request, wheelchair, or for a price scooters.

The booking process through Lisa was seamless and stress free. I will recommend that all my friends and family call her for any future vacations.

We were looking for an all inclusive weeks away in early spring and reached out to Lisa 8 months before with a scenario, a budget and specifications. Within 2 days she gave us multiple options and after looking them over and doing a little research on each one we selected one that worked best for us. The trip ended up being exactly what we needed, good weather , nice surroundings, good food options and relaxed setting when we wanted it but access to different resorts with different vibes whenever we chose . Whole experience was pretty seamless with good communication throughout and a detailed itinerary before leaving. Even communicated with us in short order while our of the country herself. We have recommended Lisa to several people and have had a couple of them book with her already. Will definitely use her services again when we need extra help with travel plans.

Discovering the West Coast of Canada was a wonderful experience that I hope everyone gets a chance to do one day. We aren't really a "relax on the beach for a week " kind of family so hiking the Coastal Mountains, exploring the beaches , riding the Sea to Sky Gondola, taking a road trip to Whistler on the Sea to Sky Highway and stopping at the provincial parks along the way, and traversing many suspension bridges was right up our alley. Lisa helped get an early flight home for one in our party due to a scheduling error on our part. Lisa was very helpful every step of the way.

We were pretty flexible on where we wanted to go but had a specific budget & timeline in which she adhered to without a problem.
