Found comfort in knowing someone was able to help navigate it all. (i.e, should be no extra fees when you check out, specific instructions on transfers to resort from airport, info on excursions available, how to save $ by shifting days of travel...)

High School spring break group trip

Kate was very attentive to our requests, even though our group was huge! The day of our departure, we had a flight cancellation. She was up at the crack of dawn helping me rebook my flight and secure our hotel reservation. She even worked with the resort to get us an extra night stay. She really went above and beyond. My dream trip

I've wanted to go to the east coast on a train for over 40 years. My husband always wanted to go west. He passed away 2 years ago and I found the opportunity to do so. Kate John listened to my desires and put a trip together for me, my daughter and my grandchildren. She found the perfect hotel that was a must for our trip and it was perfect for our stay. She listened to everything I needed to make the trip the best experience we could have and it all fell into place perfectly. We planned a 10-day trip to Colombia that included stays in Bogota and Cartagena with our adult children and their partners. Some of the trip was planned before we started to work with Kate. Kate found a wonderful place for us to stay in Cartagena based on what we wanted in a property; she worked at getting additional information on Bogota (even though she did not book those flights); traveling out of the country can pose issues if health concerns arise and she identified the right travel insurance to meet our needs. First Big Vacation

Kate saved my marriage. My wife and I set up our perfect cruise. We had it reserved all we had to do is confirm our work schedule, which we did, and send it our deposit, which I forgot.
