Our trip provided us with a carefree vacation time, due to the expertise of Melissa Harbach. She was available anytime we had a question. She was always prompt and could always answer those questions. She even let us know when her vacation was ahead of time, so we could make sure we got everything taken care of and relax/prepare for our trip. She took her family on this vacation a year earlier, so she had firsthand experience. Our travel summary was prepared for us, so all of our information was with us during our entire cruise. Issues with Visitax...Melissa worked hard to get this resolved. I had some medical issues and Melissa called travel insurance for me twice. She didn't have to do that for me but I was caught in a loop when I called. Her service was top notch.

Our experience with Melissa was first rate. She dug right in from the very first contact and was nothing short of thorough. This is my second trip I've booked with Melissa and she did an amazing job again. She listens to what we want in our trip and makes sure to find it. We traveled to Kauai and had never been there before. Melissa created documents and links to websites about Kauai that would be helpful with our trip. She organized all of our information from our travel documents, excursions, and information she put together about Kauai for us in an app called Travefy. While on our trip we had a power outage on the island and a wildfire occurred. Melissa messaged us to make sure we were okay. We also got stuck in LA during the Microsoft outage. She messaged us to see if we needed any help. Once home, I had questions about filling out a refund for our canceled flight. She went out of her way to help me take care of the issue. Melissa is very detailed oriented and she makes sure her clients have everything they need.

Melissa is an excellent travel advisor. She is one of the best communicators I've had the pleasure of working with. She was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. We did have a hurricane while at sea, she was working diligently behind the scenes, and kept us up to date on our excursions, cancellations, and refunds. I will be working with her in the future and would refer her to anyone considering traveling to consider using her services!

Overall, Melissa was amazing to work with! Melissa started by giving us a handful of resorts that best fit our requests for what we were looking for in an all-inclusive resort. When we decided where we wanted to go, she was very thorough when going through the booking process. As our trip got closer, she made sure we had everything we needed before we left for our trip and that all of our questions were answered. During our trip she went out of her way to check on us and even watch the weather! We had some rainy days, so she sent us a long-detailed list of other options to do while it rained. When questions came up Melissa was very responsive and very detailed in her responses! I highly recommend using Melissa as your travel agent, I know we will be using her again!

Melissa was completely on top of everything, and we couldn't be more pleased with the communication and professionalism. She was checking on us before we took off and after we landed. Melissa made things go so smoothly for us. The airline didn’t have my infant son on my lap and Melissa had called to make sure that I would get my money back. This was the air ports mistake and she did all she could to make sure it was fixed!

Melissa was amazing!!! From the very beginning she was super thorough with planning a trip that best suit us. Two of us on the trip had dietary restrictions and she made sure each resort option had food that we could safely eat. She provided us with so much info for our trip that really helped us feel prepared. During our trip, there was some political issues going on in Mexico. Melissa went above and beyond to help keep us calm and helped us feel safe. She checked in on us daily and gave us updates on travel safety. We really appreciated that!!!

We had an amazing trip to the Dominican Republic for my husbands 60th birthday. Frim the lead up, to travel day, to time at the resort and our travel home day, everything went smoothly. Melissa had each step planned and all our documents in one place. It made airport check in easy before and during our trip. The resort was beautiful and the weather was phenomenal. The staff at the pools and in the restaurants we fun and easy going. Always willing to talk and learn our preferences. The resort provided and entertainment show every night, which are definitely a must see. They had activities throughout the day at pool. Check-in and Check-out were simple and well executed. Always go with private transport from the airport, makes the trip to the resort and back to the airport so easy. Melissa planned golf for a few of our group. It was simple and easy for them. She always checks in and makes sure things are going to plan. It is so easy to travel with Melissa at the helm of the planning. We needed organize arrive from 4 different airports and two different days. She handle it all without a hitch and took so much pressure off our minds. She even helped plan a surprise guest arrival.
