My boyfriend and I like to travel often. Whether it’s a weekend away locally, or a trip across the country. Kelly has been there for us to help every step of the way. We had an emergency situation where we had to cancel a place we booked personally when we were traveling across the country and Kelly was there to save the day! She booked such a great place for us that we can’t wait to go back! Each interaction is smooth and seamless. She takes all of our wants into consideration and even took the time to look up recommendations of fun things to do while we were away. She is fast, efficient, and the best part is that it’s all free of charge! Going forward I won’t travel with any other way.

How she managed to handle that many people, rooms, booking and chaos ?? For this vacation-Kelly helped us pick the perfect cruise line to celebrate my birthday and our 1-year anniversary. She really took the time to understand the exact vibe we were looking for and made sure the itinerary included the stops that were most important to us. What really impressed me is that her help didn’t stop once we booked. When we ended up with 10 hours between getting off the ship and our flight home, she jumped right in with suggestions on what we could do so we could make the most of that time instead of just waiting at the airport. We had such a great experience and can’t wait to book our next trip with her!

Kelly did such a great job with planning our trip! She was fantastic from beginning to end. She provided stress-free planning, excellent communication, and was always quick to respond — even outside normal business hours. When our tour/transportation provider in Mexico failed to follow through, she stepped in, and followed up with them consistently, and ensured we received a refund. She truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be using her again and highly recommend her services.
