We had a wonderful trip on the Rhine River and especially enjoyed our time in Lake Como, which Carolyn recommended. She helped us create a lasting memory trip.

Despite having to cancel our trip (a United Airlines issue), Carolyn met my every request for this trip. She found the perfect hotel in Paso Robles. She got us first class tickets. I was nervous about flying to Italy because I thought it might be difficult to transfer planes in a foreign country such as France. Carolyn found a flight for me that transfered out of Philidelphia and I felt more confident about the trip. It was one less worry.
