Ally makes travel easy. When we had flight issues Ally jumped in and handled everything. When we arrived a car was waiting for us just like nothing happened. This was an amazing 3 week journey across Asia….6 night land and 14 days cruising . Working with Ally Santoro was the best experience ever. From start to finish, through Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia, Ally’s service was impeccable. She was always just a phone call away, ready to assist with any questions or concerns, and she made sure every detail of our trip was carefully planned and executed. We embarked on a two-week cruise, and Galia Travel ensured we had the best accommodations and an itinerary that maximized our time in the region. The hotels we stayed at were exceptional—beautiful properties with outstanding service that exceeded our expectations. Ally was very helpful in assisting me in finding a fun destination for me and my fraternity brothers. We had a great time in Lisbon Portugal and Ally was great help every step of the way.

Ally was so fanatic!! We went on a Viking Cruise and she helped us well in advance, during and followed up. She arranged our rental car and tours that were outside of the cruise line. It was a great feeling knowing that we had a contact that could help at any time. She was readily available and it was a wonderful feeling knowing that we had back up to our many questions. Ally can also help with travel insurance for medical as well as trip insurance for other issues. She has traveled quite a bit herself and has many suggestions for great vacations!

My wife and I recently completed a trip to Europe through Galia Travel.  The travel representative was Ally Santoro of Naples, FL.

 

Our trip was three weeks in duration, including a 2-week river cruise aboard Viking.  We told Ms. Santoro where we wished to go in addition to the cruise, and she took care of everything for us from that point.  Frankly, it was completely seamless.

 

There were a couple of issues that arose that were completely outside the control of Galia Travel, such as airline delays and agenda changes.  Ms. Santoro immediately responded and helped us resolve the dilemmas.  She was aware of the issues before we were, and I was amazed how quickly the potential problems were solved.

 

I would recommend Ally Santoro and Galia Travel to anyone contemplating a trip to any destination in the future.

 

Our trip to Florence and Milan with Ally and Galia Travel was absolutely incredible! Everything was perfectly planned. In Florence, we had private tours without the crowds. Our guide was fantastic and passionate about the city. Milan was just as amazing with a private shopping experience, and the highlight was a private tour of Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper. She made sure my passport was up to date, got me the best airline prices, seats and travel times available and monitored them for me to inform me of any changes. Hotels, group tours and private tours were set up for me that allowed me to see and tour all the best of each area I visited. Very professional Blacklane vehicles and drivers were set up and on time at every airport or hotel to get me to my next location effortlessly. Ally sat down with me and went over every available excursion from our cruise ship to make sure I saw everything available in each port that interested me. Having visited most of these locals herself, Ally was a huge help while making side trip decisions. After all decisions were made Ally sent a day by day trip plan app to my phone with the information I needed to inform me of my daily activities as well as the QR code to get into the facility, tour, boat etc. Allison made suggestions in each area of interesting things to see and do and I finished my vacation feeling I had seen and done everything that interested me. A great feeling! Thanks to Galia Travel I feel I had a fantastic vacation fulfilling all of my travel dreams and desires!
