Our trip was beyond relaxing! The RIU was perfect for us. A full week of water and excursions. Destiny was easy to work with and helped us get exactly what we wanted.

On top of that, she supported me directly with wedding planning logistics—keeping me in the loop with important deadlines, coordinating with my wedding planner, and always being just a phone call away when I needed her. Seriously, she always picked up or got back to me right away, which made such a difference during the more hectic moments. What truly stood out was her dedication—many travel agents won’t typically work with Excellence Resorts, but Destiny didn’t hesitate to take us on as clients. She went above and beyond, reaching out to the resort multiple times
