Let me begin by saying that I am not a good planner and struggle to keep myself organized, so the mere thought of having to plan out a week long Disney/Universal trip triggered all of my anxiety. Thankfully, I found The Vacationeer and the godsend that is Katelyn. She took care of EVERYTHING for us. She is extremely knowledgable about the parks, resorts, dining, attractions, etc. She kept me updated about the potential closures due to the hurricane (which we thankfully missed) and even checked in on us the day we flew out to make sure we had arrived safely. A few days into the vacation, I realized I had forgotten to do something regarding our day at Universal Studios. I panic texted Katelyn and she immediately responded. She took care of MY faux-pas, no questions asked. I cannot stress enough how GREAT she is! My husband and I will 100000000% be contacting Katelyn again for our next Disney trip and are recommending her to everyone we know. THANK YOU KATELYN!!!!

Planning was so easy with all of your help!! We were able to relax and enjoy our Disney vacation as everything was planned out and we knew exactly what we were doing and where we were going every day! We are enjoying one last day by the pool in Florida before we head home to a colder Canadian climate.
We had a fantastic trip with 4 days at Disney and 2 days at Universal. Janelle and I wanted to thank you for your help to make it as special as it was. There sure is lots to learn for newbies like us.

Disney World & Cruise

Katelyn Dieffenbacher is wonderful in assisting me planning for the recent Orlando Disney trip. This is the first time I used Vacationeer to help me plan for the Disney trip (Nov 28, 2023 to Dec 8, 2023) including both Disney World Parks as well as Disney WISH Cruise ship. I’m very satisfied with Katelyn Dieffenbacher’s assistance and would not hesitate to contact her for any future Disney trips.
I started contacting Katelyn almost a year ahead of the trip. She is very responsive, very helpful as well as very patient in guiding me through all the steps throughout the year. She is very accommodating to my availability for call discussions as well as method of communications (given my busy schedule throughout the year).
Since the trip involved both Park portion as well as cruise portion, there were so many things to plan for, such as resort accommodation, park packages, transportation to and from airport/resort/Port. In addition, there were a lot of different dates for deposits

first Disney trip

This was my son and I's first trip to Disney and I was extremely overwhelmed at the task. I'm so thankful for Katelyn and her expertise. She helped create a dream vacation for both my son and I. She helped us choose the perfect resort, booked our airport transportation, booked our park tickets, booked our dining reservations and explained everything all along the way! Happy Princesses

We just got back -- whew! What a whirlwind of an experience!!! Thank you so much for your help, we had a great time.
We had the Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boutique reservation on Tuesday and ... OH MY GOSH!!! What a spectacular experience that was!!!
The girls loved it. Their expression upon the unveiling was precious (even my wife got all teary-eyed with the transformation). Right after, we went up to the Royal Table for dinner, all decked out in their princess' gowns and "do's." It was such a great experience.
Once again, thank you so much for helping us planned such a magnificent trip. We will never forget this vacation. :)

best time

Just wanted to thank you for all your help with our vacation, we had the best time. We were all very surprised on the first night when we had such a late dinner in Cinderella's castle. We had no idea that you had requested a table to view the fireworks. They were amazing. The walking tour was great and Cara was able to enjoy the whole tour even though she has bad knees. Everyone also enjoyed the night time safari. We were able to get less than a foot away from the head of a giraffe!

Spoiling our niece & nephew

Thank you so much for following up. I can’t tell you what a magical trip this was for all of us. Disneyland with my niece and nephew was something i was dying to do - but honestly it was too just daunting of a trip for me to plan.
My husband and I are both very dedicated to our work and without kids of our own, weren’t sure how to put together a vacation for children. We knew we wanted to spend any amount to give them a great experience. What I was most afraid of was spending a big amount but not feeling like we got our moneys worth. I can assure you we felt every dollar was well spent!
I am so glad we upgraded the room. It gave us plenty of space - and big unexpected surprise….we could watch the fireworks from the balcony! This was a huge perk bc our niece (4 yrs) was simply not able to stay up that late. Bc we had the balcony out nephew (6 yrs) was able to watch every night! It was AMAZNG! We enjoyed the atmosphere at the Campground and all the parks were wonderful. We rode all but one of the new rides and even that was not on Disney, but us.
