We love Universal! It’s our absolute favorite destination and we try to go every year. Brady makes everything super easy and is always more than helpful when we have issues arise. Like our last minute calendar shift so we wouldn’t miss our senior daughter’s last homecoming and last band performance in a local parade. I look forward to our current trip and planning all our future trips with Brady!

Booked this last minute to be with family. Ports are so-so ( after a while all islands look alike). The shipboard experience was fantastic! Great entertainment and even better dining. Brady made this experience a positive one and even took the time to meet up onboard. He added additional perks to make the voyage even better.
