First off it was so easy to check in and to get the park tickets. The staff were so friendly. Our Favorite activity we did was all of the Harry Potter wand adventures. We ran out of time could not finish the wand adventure. You could really spend all day doing the wand. I told my husband that we really need to go back because I have to finish my wand adventure.
But the whole trip was so nice, it was easy, the team members were so helpful and nice. Child swap is the best thing that Universal offers. I am so itchy to go back!! Can’t wait. Thank you again, it was such a breeze.

Sarah was amazing to work with. When we first started talking about a trip to Disney the amount of information coming from all over the place (friends, family, online, etc) was super overwhelming. Sarah provided incredible service to us as we planned our Disneyland vacation. My wife and I hadn't been to Disneyland in well over a decade so there was a lot for us to learn and understand before going to the park (we were quite nervous since we were bringing our 7 and 4 year old - each for the first time). Bucket List Trips!

Sarah booked us on a Viking River cruise that we just completed in May. She was extremely helpful in planning our trip. When we had questions she would guide us to make great choices.
