Katie did it again! Planned another amazing Disney vacation for us! We did a week at the resort and parks and then sailed on our 2nd Disney cruise the 2nd week. Katie planned it all flawlessly from ground transportation to resort reservation to cruise reservations and so much more. I had to do NOTHING except show up, relax and enjoy. If a question ever arose, she would reply immediately. Like, 11PM on a Sunday! She is totally committed to her clients. I love to travel but I dislike the planning. Katie is a true expert at planning and I will never use another agent other than Katie Fox.

Katie was a tremendous help in planning our Disney vacation for 11 people. She went above and beyond to help us with making our dinner reservations and sending information on all of the parks to plan routes for rides (and information on lightening lanes). I don’t think our trip would have been as successful and enjoyable without her assistance! I will definitely recommend her to friends and family who are planning future trips.

Our First Disney Cruise

Early in 2025 my wife and I began discussing how we could get our two children, their spouses, and their children (two per couple) all together in a warm location for Christmas. A few online searches later we discovered that Disney offered a Very Merrytime Cruise that matched our timeline and would have tremendous appeal to our grandchildren (aged six to nine). One of our searches steered us to The Vacationeer and we made a call to Katie Fox.
She was wonderful. She patiently explained to us what activities and dining options would be available on the cruise and made great suggestions about things to consider and things to ignore. She arranged for an affordable pre-cruise stay for us on Disney property and handled all of our transportation needs, balancing our requirements with our budget. From initial booking through port arrival, Katie kept in touch via email and/or phone, addressing the myriad of questions that we had about Disney processes, Magic Bands, the Disney Cruise Line app, etc. I’ll say it again: she was wonderful.
I would highly recommend Katie to anyone who is planning a Disney related vacation.

Having previously planned my own disney world vacations, I didn't ever feel the need to reach out to a vacation planner. But I had been unsuccessful in getting some big reservations because its hard to wake up so early being on the west coast and scramble trying to make so many reservations. That brought me to Katie. She not only priced out my vacation to make sure I was using the best promo, she was able to get all the reservations I was looking for. Considering this a free service this was more than worth it. First Disney Trip, but not the last with Katie!

Katie planned our first Disney trip for our family, which includes multiple children under age 10. I take pride in planning our own vacations, but Disney was too overwhelming for me to tackle. Katie delivered in magnificent fashion. She gave great suggestions for itineraries, activities and restaurants (though we didn't go to all the restaurants, because, kids). The BEST part of working with her is her responsiveness. Unless she was away, I don't think I waited more than an hour for an email reply. She is easily accessible by phone appointment as well, which is helpful for more detailed conversations. We already planned another trip this year and she helped us get the Bounce Back discount. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your family's Disney trip!

Katie will stop at nothing to ensure that you have the best experience possible! She answered emails at all hours of the day and on weekends. I think she lives at her office! She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything Disney. It is actually impressive how much she knows. This knowledge takes every ounce of worry off of your shoulders because if you have a question or concern, she will solve it for you. You simply tell Katie what kind of vacation you want from lodging, transportation, food, attractions and anything else and then sit back and she will handle it! She is also an expert at navigating special needs such as gluten allergies on the cruise ship. I cannot express how amazing she is! Katie is the best. Do not settle for anything other than her.

Family Bucket List Trip!

Katie helped me plan this family Disneyworld trip over 1 year ahead of time! It would not have turned out so perfect without her help from the beginning to the end! She helped us withe hotel, park tickets, transportation, strollers, and some much more. I had so many questions, since I was a "newbie" and I couldn't have done this without her help!
