We had a great time!!! Thank you for all your work on our behalf and the patience you had with our endless questions. The hotel was great - we were able to get connecting rooms. The proximity to the Parks was easily walkable. The staff was friendly. The Lightening Lane aspect of our ticket package allowed us to ride so many more rides (some multiple times) than we expected despite the large Spring Break crowds that were in attendance. We would definitely get that again! We enjoyed the dinner reservation you made for us at Great Maple was perfect - there were 10 of us for dinner including 3 children and the place was perfect for our families gathering - it was so nice to meet up with close friends that live in the area. We also ate at Blue Bayou in Disneyland and Wine Country Trattoria in California Adventure. It was nice to sit for a meal and plan the rest of the day. We had the best experience working with Alex’s on our Universal Orlando trip. She listened to the things that mattered most to us and created different options of where we could stay. We ended up choosing to go to the Royal Pacific and we were blown away! The shuttle option made the most sense for us and helped us skip long rental car lines, as well as avoiding overnight parking. Our family of 7 enjoyed both Universal parks by day and the beautiful hotel pools by night. We had the vacation of our dreams, without any stress in the planning. We will Definitely work with Alexx again, it was the best decision we made!!!
