Kelly H. was so helpful and kind! She helped us with all of the intricacies of a Disney Cruise and made the planning so much easier. She was almost always available and extremely quick to respond to any and all questions, comments, etc!

Kelly Holden was fantastic! All of her recommendations were spot on. We had a wonderful time at Disney and it is largely thanks to her planning and advice. She was always so quick to answer all of our questions and very responsive to anything we needed. She kept everything very organized and kept us on track for our trip. We had Kelly book everything for us, the resort stay, park tickets, airport transportation, dinner reservations, character meals, enchanting extras etc. I would recommend her for all of that again. Kelly is amazing and we look forward to using her on our next Disney trip.

Kelly was Amazing and so super knowledgeable about everything Disney. she made our first Disney world trip the best. I felt very prepared for what to expect. She was always available for questions and changes and even just when I was ranting about being overwhelmed. she made it all better and even made a last minute resort change for me the day of check in. she totally rocks. we went on our trip with other family who booked before us but with another travel agent and my family said they did not get all the emails and information that I did throughout the whole process. their travel agents took their money and booked them and then never sent them any info. Kelly helped with personal tidbits to rules and regulations. finding magic bands, booking memory maker at a discount because I could only find things at full price. I would recommend her without a doubt the best Disney travel agent!

She’s not only given great advice, but she’s also very realistic on the types of experiences that work best for different ages/stages. Thank you to “The Vacationeer” Kelly for all of her amazing efforts in our upcoming Disney experience! When we decided to finalize our trip, Kelly is always available and very responsive. I typically make all of the reservations for our family, but Kelly took care of everything within a short notice. Excellent communication with clear options and instructions outlined, and very patient with me who tends to skim things (and not thoroughly read when I’m on a rush). I didn’t realize how overwhelmed I was with all of our upcoming summer plans until I noticed how an awesome of a feeling it has been to have all reservations secured and fully booked for this last-minute trip. It’s one huge list off my plate, and all we have to do is show up!

Great person willing to answer all my questions. I greatly appreciate everything you did the hotel was beautiful never stay there before. We really enjoyed Goofy’s kitchen. If I ever to plan to go back I will definitely get help from Kelly. ??

Kelly was absolutely amazing! I made quite a few changes on my trip and she made them for me no problem! She gave me the best prices so I was able to have extra money to spend at the parks. I will definitely be using Kelly for future trips!

Thank you, Kelly, for a helping our family have a fabulous Disney Cruise in July aboard the Disney Fantasy! We planned for our immediate family of 10 and ended up with 14 family members ranging in age from 4-89! Our accommodations on board were terrific. Our staff serving us in our staterooms and dining rooms were very special , efficient and friendly! We enjoyed great weather as our two days at Castaway Cay were perfect for all our activities! Kelly helped us book our January Disney vacation. I had given her a few months we could work with and told her I would really like to avoid a ton of crowds (or as much as you can avoid at Disney, as it’s literally ALWAYS crowded) and she picked the perfect week for us. (Jan 26-Feb1) I loved that you only had to put down a certain deposit and had until a month before your trip to pay the balance. I thought that was very convenient and made planning a Disney vacation seem much more doable. Kelly was also able to secure all the dinner reservations we wanted. Our family stayed at the Contemporary in the garden wing with a water view and it was perfect. The garden wing was so much quieter and more serene than the A frame building and we had a PERFECT view every night of the electric water parade AND we were so close to the pool which my kids loved. The weather ended up being PERFECT and we had no rain all week. It was a great trip. I always said Disney would be a one and done for my famil
