After 13 years, my family finally found a week when we could all return to Disney World together. So much had changed except the responsibility of planning this trip- it was all mine and I was overwhelmed. Our family includes an octogenarian who uses a wheelchair and an infant who needs a stroller, two adults who are blind, and a 12 yr old diagnosed with autism. There are ten of us and I am so grateful that Julee listened to the unique needs of my family and guided me through the process of choosing an appropriate resort, determining whether the Disney Dining Plan would be an efficient use of our limited funds, and connecting me with additional resources such as airport transportation and Disability Services . You can’t do Disney or universal anymore without help, unless you want to be standing in lines all day. You have to replant your trip to get the most out of your money. Julee gave great advice and woke up early the day we were eligible for food/dining reservations. She got us in to most of what we requested despite it being a holiday week and thus peak attendance at the park. We had an enjoyable time with our girls thanks to her good family.
