Was lucky enough to work with Olivia to plan my daughter's first trip to Disney last year. Olivia was a WEALTH of knowledge in advance, and a complete Disney newbie, I had much to learn. It was tremendously helpful to get information as I went (she spaced it out over time so I could take it in) and to make sure someone was on top of key dates and process steps (how and when to sign up for fast pass slots, etc.)As helpful as it was to have an expert ahead of time, it was even more helpful to have her as a resource while I was there - texting last minute and "just in time" questions. We visited all four parks across three days and Liv made sure we got the most out of every step of the way. There is a lot of specialized and expertise knowledge needed to maximize Disney (or even just to go knowing that you are getting the right type of trip for you and your family) and I was so grateful to have Olivia's assistance and support. Highly recommend and can't wait to plan the next trip!
