About Me

Sailing on Mariner of the Seas was the perfect combination of fun, relaxation, and quality time with my family. This ship may be a bit smaller than some of Royal Caribbean’s newest giants, but don’t let that fool you — it’s packed with big experiences and thoughtful details that made our trip unforgettable.

I stayed in an interior cabin, and it was perfect for what I needed — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage. Since we spent most of our time out enjoying the ship, having a cozy, quiet place to come back to at night was all I needed. And let’s be honest — waking up in the middle of the ocean, even without a window, still feels magical.

Each morning began with coffee on the balcony and breakfast at Windjammer Café or the main dining room. There was always something for everyone — from fresh fruit and eggs to pancakes, pastries, and more. The variety and quality made it easy to fuel up before a full day of adventure.

Mariner of the Seas really shines when it comes to family fun. My kids had the time of their lives testing their bravery on the Sky Pad — a bungee trampoline experience with virtual reality! We also spent a lot of time at the Perfect Storm water slides and the FlowRider surf simulator, which kept everyone laughing (and a little soaked).

One of our favorite things was the Adventure Ocean kids’ club. My kids were completely entertained with activities like science experiments, themed nights, art projects, and even their own talent show. It gave them the independence to make new friends, while I got to sneak away to the Solarium for some quiet poolside time.

For meals, there was something delicious at every turn. Some of my favorite spots included: Jamie’s Italian – fresh pasta and rustic Italian dishes in a cozy setting, Chops Grille – the steakhouse that never disappoints, Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade – great for wings, sliders, and catching the game, Café Promenade – perfect for a quick slice of pizza or coffee any time of day, Ben & Jerry’s – a must-do treat with the kids!

In the evenings, the ship came alive. We watched original stage productions in the Royal Theater, enjoyed live music throughout the ship, and danced along at the 70s & 80s parties on the Promenade. My kids loved the glow party and late-night movie under the stars on the pool deck, while I loved the relaxed, family-friendly energy of it all. Mariner of the Seas gave us the perfect balance of family adventure, relaxation, and quality time together. It’s ideal for both first-time cruisers and seasoned travelers looking for a getaway that packs in fun without feeling overwhelming.

Thinking of sailing on Mariner of the Seas? I’ve been there, and I’d love to help you choose the perfect room, explore dining and activity options, and customize your cruise to fit your family’s style.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The trip went well, not as much rain as we thought we were going to have!!! Port Orleans Riverside again was a wonderful experience. Took a walk around the property and found things we didn't know they offered. Staff was excellent and so were the cast members. My son and his wife's favorite ride was Guardians of the Galaxy at Epcot and my granddaughters favorite was Ratatouille.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

I was reluctant to plan a Disney trip as I am not a big Disney person. But our daughter was 8 and we'd heard it was the perfect time to take her. Whitney was so helpful for a traveler who was not very knowledgeable about Disney Vacations. She provided just the right amount of information and was VERY responsive anytime I reached out. We went with another family and were able to get rooms with adjoining doors and reservations together for a character dinner. The vacation blew all of my expectations out of the water. Thanks Whitney!
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

The trip was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. The restaurants and the pools are fabulous. The service is exceptional. They learn your name pretty quickly and extremely helpful. It definitely helps to be a preferred member. I don’t know how we got that, but there are restaurants and bars that we could go to that others could not transportation was excellent. We want to thank you for all your help and making our vacation exceptional
