Sailing on a Very Merrytime Cruise with Disney Cruise Line was truly one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had with my kids. From the moment we stepped onto the ship, it felt like we had entered a floating winter wonderland — even though we were headed for sunny skies and tropical ports!
The ship was decked out in gorgeous holiday décor — garlands, twinkling lights, a massive Christmas tree in the atrium, and even a life-sized gingerbread house that filled the air with the sweet smell of cinnamon and sugar. The excitement on my kids’ faces was priceless.
Some of our favorite moments were the simplest, most magical ones — like sipping hot cocoa together while decorating holiday cookies, and gathering in our holiday pajamas to hear Mrs. Claus read Christmas stories by the tree. It felt cozy, personal, and so special — like the holidays had followed us to sea.
And yes — Santa made an appearance! My kids were over the moon when they got to meet him and whisper their wish lists. It was pure magic seeing them talk with Santa and snap a photo with Mickey and Minnie in their adorable holiday outfits. These are the kind of moments that become treasured memories for a lifetime.
Disney truly thought of everything. There were holiday crafts, festive games during the Deck the Deck Party, and special touches at every turn. The kids loved making ornaments and writing letters to Santa, while I soaked in the joy of watching them be fully immersed in the spirit of the season.
Even dining felt festive — complete with seasonal treats and desserts, and of course, more cookies than we could count!
This cruise wasn’t just a vacation — it was a magical, memory-filled celebration of the holidays. From decorating our door together to sharing cookies and stories with Mrs. Claus, it reminded me what the season is all about: joy, togetherness, and a little bit of Disney magic.

Port Orleans Riverside again was a wonderful experience. Took a walk around the property and found things we didn't know they offered. Staff was excellent and so were the cast members.
My son and his wife's favorite ride was Guardians of the Galaxy at Epcot and my granddaughters favorite was Ratatouille.

I was reluctant to plan a Disney trip as I am not a big Disney person. But our daughter was 8 and we'd heard it was the perfect time to take her. Whitney was so helpful for a traveler who was not very knowledgeable about Disney Vacations. She provided just the right amount of information and was VERY responsive anytime I reached out. We went with another family and were able to get rooms with adjoining doors and reservations together for a character dinner. The vacation blew all of my expectations out of the water. The trip was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. The restaurants and the pools are fabulous. The service is exceptional. They learn your name pretty quickly and extremely helpful. It definitely helps to be a preferred member. I don’t know how we got that, but there are restaurants and bars that we could go to that others could not transportation was excellent.

Best Disney Cruise

Our family time on the Disney Magic was a great experience. It was truly magical for my kids and me and Shashi had a wonderful time. My kids enjoyed kids/tweens club the most. My husband and I enjoyed the evening shows and meet and greets with the superheroes/characters. The best thing I ate was the tuna tartar for apps, scallops pasta for main course, & cheesecake for dessert. I feel like my kids looked forward to the pixie dusting every day looking for treats and goodies once we left or arrived back to the stateroom. It was a fun added bonus experience for them especially since it was during Valentine’s weekend. We had an absolute blast and would go again! Thanks for helping us plan everything and all the details.

Amazing Trip

Thank you so much for all of your help with our trip!! You seriously made it sooo stress free and allowed us to just relax completely! We had so much fun and absolutely loved all of it! Wanting to go to Disney and Universal my whole life, I was absolutely in awe walking in and seeing how much time and effort went into recreating mine and so many other's childhoods. My favorite parts were the night parade and fireworks at Magic Kingdom and that would hands down be my favorite park! My favorite thing I ate was probably the Fish and Chips at the Three Broomsticks in Universal. We really did have an amazing time so thank you once again for all of your help! My husband promised to take me back for our 15 year wedding anniversary (2029) so I'll definitely be reaching back out!!

Best Trip Ever

Our trip to Disneyworld was indeed magical, and much of the credit goes to you. From the hotel to the stroller rental, your counsel and assistance was invaluable. Even the weather was nearly perfect, though I'm not certain you can take credit for that!
Our supper at the Boathouse at Disney Springs was absolutely fabulous and just right. The service was beyond compare, accommodating all of our special diets and allergies, and the food was delicious. I'd highly recommend it.
Finally, my husband was able to navigate when he needed to with the scooter, and the location of Bay Lake Tower next to the Magic Kingdom made it easy for him to get around and to go back to our villa when he became fatigued. It was definitely the right location for us.
Thank you again for all you did. Rest assured, you're the first travel agent I'll turn to when I am ready to organize another family travel experience.

Wonderful Holiday Trip

The time in the parks was a lot of fun. I had made the paid Lightning Lane selections prior to the trip so we did get to experience everything we wanted.
The new Fantasmic! Show is really good.
Becky and I did get to ride Tron, yes we did! It was one of the fastest things I have ever been on! Do you think at 74 and 70 years old we were probably some of the oldest people to do this? They might have been worried that we would make it out alive.
We enjoyed all of the Christmas, and Jollywood, parties we attended. They were a lot of fun with great shows, treats, and fireworks.
We still like walking around each of the parks, especially Animal Kingdom.

Great Family Trip

I think the most magical moment was with the kids using Harry Potter’s wand through out the Harry Potter section. They were so excited when the magic happened. I definitely would recommend the wand to your clients but they should get it on the first day so they can really enjoy all the different spots.
I was really impressed with the ride through the bank bought in epic for Harry Potter and then the rise of the resistance at Hollywood Studios. But if you ask the kids, it’s any or all of the roller coasters.
We really enjoyed our meal we had inside the epic hotel and also the lunch we had at the restaurant by the main fountain at epic.

best universal HHN

Most magical moment for us was actually riding Curse of the Werewolf at night under a full moon! We didn’t even realize that there would be a full moon on Monday when we planned this. ????
Absolutely LOVED Epic! Dark Universe was our favorite area followed by Berk. Nintendo was amazing but so chaotic with all the little children running around lol. Not much to do in the Harry Potter area but we still enjoyed.
We rode lots of rides more than once. Hagrid’s, Velocicoaster, Hulk, Monsters unchained, Stardust Racers, Hiccups Wing gliders, Mummy, Curse of the Werewolf…those were all must do and we rode several times. They were building Velocicoaster the last time we went so we were very excited to get to ride it this time around!
The best thing we ate was the Butterbeer Crepe at Epic! Also Sabrina enjoyed butterbeer icecream in diagon alley
Halloween Horror night was also amazing! We might make this a yearly trip bc we had a blast that night. Sabrina is a scaredy cat and it was hilarious to see her jump and scream ??

Amazing Trip

The trip was great and certainly an adventure. The itinerary was changed just before sailing from Ireland and Scotland to Norway and Belgium because of weather on the west coast of the UK. Unplanned but such beautiful countries. The villages, mountains and fjords of Norway are just stunning. The Belgium town of Brugge is a great medieval city.

Birthday Trip

I feel like the most magical moments, was being able to walk on all the rides. I think on Friday we rode about 7 rides before noon. I had a very magical moment on Thursday. We decided to rope drop and I was anticipating chaos oh how I was so wrong. Nobody was at the park and it was empty.
Goofy kitchen was the best dinner and character interaction we have had. They came over multiple times for pictures. Snack wise: I truly loved the Apple cold brew and Apple cider mini donuts. I’m still craving them as we speak.

Best Universal Trip

First, a big thank you for your help. You saved us a lot of money, and everyone was expecting us from the hotel to the transportation to the ticket counter, much appreciated. We had so much fun and we are talking about our next trip! We really did love EPIC. The immersive nature of each of the lands was remarkable. Thank goodness we had Express Passes, because we had a blast after lunch. The How to train your dragon area was a highlight as we loved the coaster, the boat ride and the show. Hagrid’s Motorbike was a favorite of our 11-year-old and we went on it several times (thanks Express Pass Unlimited!). 10-year-old loved the How to train your dragon coaster and Battle for the Ministry of Magic. Honorable mention to the Family Water Coaster at Volcano Bay ??

Amazing Land/Sea

Just wanted to reach out and thank you for all the help you gave us in booking our big trip! There were smiles all around. The group LOVED dining at Sanaa and got to peek at the animals roaming around. We made it to all 4 parks and both waterparks as well. What a feat! We enjoyed the dinner at Cinderella's royal table, food was tasty! And everyone loved teppan edo. We needed a break after walking around the world. We got everything done that we wanted to, including a cast member making magic for us and gifting us LL to TRON when they were sold out and same for slinky dog!
The treasure was an amazing cruise. The shows were top notch and the food was amazing. Some of us splurged and dined at Enchante. Pricey but worth every penny for the experience!

Thanks! The trip was fantastic and now the kids say they do not want to go on any other cruise but this ship. I will say this ship had much more than the last one. The entertainment was amazing! I saw the HiRo show and it was absolutely incredible. I took the kids to both ice skating shows and they enjoyed them both but really loved 1977. The glow in the dark puppet show was really cute for the kids and they loved that.

We walked thru the Pikes Public Market Center, had a great lunch at Lowell's Seafood on the river then walked all the way to the Space Needle. Then we toured the Chihuly Garden and Glass. We've been hump back whale watching and also got to see some sleeping sea lions. We also hiked to a beautiful glacier and a waterfall. God is so good and this was an amazing trip!!!

Whitney was amazing the whole way! She was super informative, even sometimes double explaining things to my husband after thoroughly explaining them to me, she was literally a text away. She planned for us Universal studios with a great itinerary that made sure we didn't miss any of the main attractions and suggested things to eat along the way. She even would give advice on things we could share to cut the costs instead of buying and wasting food. Which is super appreciated. When we got the Disney World, again, she gave us an itinerary for the day which we had to modify for the fast passes but we seriously didn't miss a single thing at any of the parks. We were saying this was gonna be a once in a lifetime trip at the beginning but Whitney made it so enjoyable and so stress free, we can't wait to go back. We will have her plan our next one too. This trip was definitely one for the books and we have tons of pictures and memories to share for a long time to come!

We combined our two “you’re turning 5 & are beginning to be a big kid” trips to Disneyworld for each of our grandchildren because both trips had to be postponed due to Covid, over and over. So once we decided that, we decided to bring their mom along, too. Whitney was very responsive & had all the answers to my questions. I was so glad to have her help in planning our trip. Whitney was our planner, and we had an excellent experience, even after we had to reschedule on one days' notice when one of us was positive for Covid. We were able to reschedule for about three weeks later with very little hassle and minimal additional cost (based on availability of rooms). Food was great at Toothsome and Hard Rock. WWoHP parks were all I had hoped for.
I was very grateful for Whitney's skills, as I was a total novice at this. Highly recommend.

Disney at Christmas

Whitney did a FANTASTIC job helping us plan our party of 8 Christmas Disney vacation! Traveling during Covid with 4 kids, the four adults wanted to pull our hair out. But as soon as we got to Disney there wasn't a problem for us to worry about. She planned our day out for us and we could follow or not follow her time line. Well we followed it and we didn't wait in a line more than 45mins (during Christmas and limited capacity)! Side note use Rideswap if shorter little ones, so you and older siblings can enjoy rides. We took her advice and booked as many meals as we could for sit down and characters as it was a good break for the kids and us. Didn't have a bad meal anywhere and much healthier As well as a chance to see more Characters during no meet and greets. She gave great tips prior and kept in contact even while we were on property! I have been to the parks several times and during different holidays. This was my first Christmas experience and it was awesome ,I'm so glad we work

It was fantastic! I can’t pick a favorite ?? I loved DCA more than I thought I would. I guess my fave is Cars Land and the radiator springs racers ride. We went twice (I can’t believe I paid for it TWICE but I love that movie) and got to see both versions! The new nighttime parade at DL is amazing. My son and I loved Indiana Jones. My daughter loved Tiana’s (made my son go with her because I did not want to get wet. Maybe next time!). I’m sure I’ll be booking another trip soon lol. Loved Pixar place!

Alaskan Adventure

There were two excursions we went on that were incredible. On the deadliest catch excursion they fed bald eagles and we were swarmed by about 150 bald eagles feeding. It was amazing! We also did the helicopter flight to the glacier which was an awesome experience.
We did one evening in the crown grill which is their upscale restaurant and the food was incredible.

We had a WONDERFUL time!!! We LOVED the character dinner and the food was delicious! That was probably my favorite time. We LOVED Disneyland and yes, it was magical! Our favorite rides were Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, Guardian of the Galaxy, Rise of the Resistance and then Incredicoaster and Cars!!! Absolutely loved Pixar Place!!! Sarah and I were worn out after 1 and 3/4 jam-packed days in the parks but she was a master navigator and the crowds were down for some reason- weather? Not sure, but that worked to our favor! Royal Caribbean Cruise

The cruise was incredible. That boat is like a mall on the water. For most of the weekend we didn't even feel like we were on a cruise, it more felt like we were at an all-inclusive resort. We were certainly nervous to try something new (my wife referred to it multiple times as cheating on Disney lol), but we are SO glad we did try it ahead of our January trip with the family. We were able to familiarize ourselves with so much onboard so that there is less confusion when everyone is with us. We were most impressed with just how much there is to do.

Last Minute trip for my kids

Family Vacation in CA

My wife and I returned from our California vacation this past Sunday.
Thank you so much for the planning of the Disneyland portion of the journey.
We arrived at DLR greeted by a temperature of 105! Despite this we all had a great time.
We saw Haunted Mansion Holiday three times, Web Slingers twice, Rise of the Resistance once.
We rode so many other rides, as the crowd level was fairly low. Got to see the Oogie boogie Bash + Parade, and of course Fantasmic!

Germany/Austria Family Trip

The tours, hotels and even transfers were right on time and perfect, and drivers were nice. Zugspitz was awesome, and even my son who doesn’t like heights did fine!!! Bavaria, Germany and Salzburg are so beautiful! Some of the group rode on sleds down a part of glacier on Zugspitz. We saw many sites of Sound of Music even w/o doing that tour. The fortress up over Salzburg had great views. You could see the Von Trapp mansion and lake from there. The view from Eagle’s Nest are gorgeous! Thank you for everything!

I think California Adventure was our favorite park, primarily because there was something for everyone. We had a fabulous time, Caroline and Henry thought it was the best vacation they had ever taken. My 34 year old radiologist son dressed as the alligator after Captain Hook with a clock around his neck for pirates night, the Facebook group for our cruise asked for it to be posted. veryone had a great time, and I want to thank you so much for helping plan our trip! My oldest son loved the thrill rides, which really surprised me, while the youngest loved meeting Mickey and Donald :). I loved Animal Kingdom! Sadly we didn’t try many foods, but that happens with picky children… I can tell you that my oldest loves their chicken strips lol. Great Family Vacation

We had such a lovely trip to Disney. It was soooooo hot (they had record temps almost every day) but even with the heat we really enjoyed ourselves! I personally liked magic kingdom because the baby was able to do the most rides there! The big kids loved seven dwarfs, tower of terror, guardians and tron! We now have some thrill seekers on our hands! I personally loved art of animation, it is so cute for the kids. They tried out all three pools and I was pleased with the quality of look through quick dining. We never waited longer than 5-10 min for a bus and transportation was always smooth! Thanks for helping us plan such a great trip!

The Disney parks were nice. My granddaughter liked Magic Kingdom the best. Mark really liked the Star Wars area, which was cool. My favorite was animal kingdom. The meal plan was very convenient and the food was good.
Discovery Cove was awesome. The meal plan was great. We floated in the lazy river (not sure what it; s called). We swam with the dolphins, which was fantastic.

It was so great! The entire, start to finish trip! The DVC room was everything we wanted it to be. It was brand new and spacious. The staff was welcoming and it did feel like coming home to us. Disneyland is our happy place and we can’t wait to get back. The food was amazing and a highlight was the Magic Happens parade. We’ve seen it once before, but we got a Main Street view this time around and it was perfect.

Our trip was so much fun!! We ended up adding Epcot which was our favorite! We stayed for their extended hours one night which was sooo nice to be there with less people. And we loved the new Guardians ride!!

Best Trip Ever

Back from vacation and what a vacation it was! We did EVERYTHING!! Universal, Disney World, Dinner shows, character experiences, arcade night and even a day at the beach!! While the weather was not what I was hoping for it was still a great vacation with so many memories. Hailey absolutely loves roller coaster and rides. She is tall enough to ride most things so she was extra excited. Hailey also loved the child swap at Universal because that meant she got to ride the rides twice in a row! We also ran into several characters along the way in Universal and Disney. Our resort was nice and had a great pool (that we didn’t have time to use) and a cute little surfer bar! This was our first time staying at a Universal resort as we usually stay at Disney. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at Endless Summer Resort!

Sandals Honeymoon Vacation

It was great. We had an awesome time. There was a really bad wind storm Monday night so we only got to go in the ocean Monday (the waves were too high and there was a lot of debris the rest of the trip), but that wasn’t terrible.

We had the best time…I feel like February is the best weather and I will never go back when it’s hot. The after hours was the absolute best and I think I will do that option from now on. Great Trip

We had a great time and thank you for all your help! I think I enjoyed Epcot the most while my daughter loved the Magical Kingdom most overall (although she loved piloting the Millenium Falcon at Hollywood Studios). My wife and I thought the Guardians of the Galaxy ride was spectacular and unlike anything we’ve done before. We almost had Riya convinced to do Tron. However you could see the ride as you approached and there was no convincing her after that. As vegans we did very well. The Disney website about plant based options made planning easy. We picked restaurants more for food offerings than character experiences but Riya liked meeting princesses more than I thought she would and lit up at meeting Mickey and friends at our last breakfast. We probably had more tater tot’s and vegan sausage than we had planned for, but again overall did very well.

Working with Whitney was great, from start to finish! She was quick in responding to questions, thorough in explaining what needed to happen and when, and gave helpful suggestions for my family's first trip to Disney World. It was amazing having Whitney grab us our dinner reservations, and she was even able to grab us last minute time changes to two reservations while we were on the trip. I would highly recommend working with Whitney!

Great Trip

Whitney was amazing from the get go. Overall
Experience of working with her was fantastic and I can’t wait to use her again in the future. I have so many friends who have gone to Disney and don’t use a travel agent….I’m just like why not
Having a Disney expert is the best to getting the most out of your trip. I was able to sit back and relax and let Whitney book our accommodations, dinning, and many more suggestions on how to do Disney. I would never try and plan a Disney trip without her assistance. I joined a FB group and they all kept asking the same questions over and over. They would would multiple responses and I was so overwhelmed by all of them, but I knew Whitney would know the best answer.
