Tamara coordinated flights originating from two different cities. She listened to my requests for room types, locations, and amenities as well as ground transportation. Each request was executed flawlessly with quality people on the island. She also helped me with travel insurance selections.

She answered my many questions. If she did not have an immediate answer, she researched it and got back to me quickly.

Tamara offered a list of possible excursions which she could prebook if desired. She sent a list of practical and cultural tips on the island that was spot on, especially about how bad rush hour traffic was. She checked in with me before, during, and after the trip requesting feedback. I found her to be very professional.

She also very good about responding to questions quickly, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Booking our trip with her was a cinch. I think here in the 21st century we often forget about using travel agents since it seems so simple to book our own travel, but really, travel agents have some inside info and resources a random shopper might overlook. I used Tamara for a work trip to Sedona and she handled alot of the big details like my car rental which made my trip so much easier and I could focus on my job and having fun!

We were fortunate to run into Tamara again at a Christmas party, and mentioned that I was interested in a river cruise in Europe. She said 'Let me help you plan it!', I said 'ok, not really knowing if I was committed to the cause at that point.. Right after the holidays, though, Tamara started researching carriers and itineraries, we became totally EXCITED about the prospect, and she and helped us to choose a trip to fit our budget and schedules. Once we had made the decision, Tamara took care of EVERYTHING: flight and accommodations, fielding questions on travel conditions and itineraries, local customs and side excursions, payment reminders, even down to hand-delivering the travel documents three weeks before our cruise and a "happy return" gift when we arrived back home. What service! And attention to detail!! Truly, my husband felt like all he did was show up at the airport! We had a fabulous time on a small, intimate European line that we had not heard of, but is a leader in the industry for outstanding service and customer satisfaction. I am convinced that we would not have had the same experience with the heavily-marketed cruise line (which reported trip failures due to dry conditions on some rivers in Europe) and am so glad Tamara had recommended this one.
