Booking a trip for 2 grandparents, 6 parents, and 8 children is not an easy task, but Allison helped make it all go smoothly. Portofino was a great place to stay with easy access to Universal Parks with the added benefit of minimal wait times with the Express Pass. She also provided some great recommendations of where to eat at CityWalk and in the parks. Could not have asked for a better experience!

This was our second time working with Allison to plan a Disney trip and I don’t think we could have done either trip without her! AMAZING!!! I have never used a travel agency of any kind. As someone with some “minor” control issues, trusting someone else with vacation details was a foreign concept, but I WOULD do it again 100 times over again! Allison was not only extremely responsive, she was also extremely flexible and helpful. I changed the date of my quote I would say at least four times and she was amazing each and every time, and I had A LOT of questions. Your help in organizing a budget friendly hotel option that offered many perks: pools, dining and convenient transportation, made our vacation easy! I had an amazing experience with Allison Levin with the Vacationeer!!! She went above and beyond to help me plan our family vacation to Universal Studios. She provided numerous quotes to different hotels and lengths of stay since we were unsure of which hotel and how many days we could stay. Allison planned the perfect trip for us. As Disney is super complicated, she held our hands every step of the way. We showed up in Orlando fully prepped and ready to go! I felt like a pro handling Genie+ and reservations right away with Allisons tips- and we fit in all the rides and adventures we wanted to do. She also booked our all our meals- so we didn’t have to worry about that as we were running around. We were also really happy with our resort choice- the Animal Kingdom Lodge- it is very well done, the amenities were wonderful- and we got see giraffes and zebra everyday from our balcony. What a lovely trip to Disney world!

I have had the pleasure and luck of finding Allison Levin after my friend referred me to the Vacationeer! Seamless check in and out! I would like to let you know that if someone books with you in the future for this resort, they do not have to pay resort fees!
