Melissa was very helpful in planning our trip to Italy. She made suggestions on traveling, made train and private pickup reservations from the airport, hotels and train stations. She organized an incredible journey to Ireland and England for 16 travelers, expertly coordinating arrivals and departures across two different dates for both—something that required careful attention to detail and constant communication. In Ireland, Melissa arranged a fantastic 6-day tour complete with a dedicated guide, thoughtfully planning an itinerary that included multiple activities each day while also coordinating stays at a different hotel every night. Melissa from the beginning to the end of our trip was with me answering questions for us and she booked our air flight , car rental and a great room. She booked our restaurant reservations and tours . If we were having any problems she was immediately there replying to help us through it . We are not experienced travelers and she was with us all the way getting us through and so gracious and kind when I thought surely I must be the worst traveler she’s dealt with . We will highly recommend Melissa and will definitely call her for our next adventure.
