We were a bit skeptical on all the changes the Walt Disney company has made since twenty nineteen, (we frequently went before covid ) and we took one trip during the epidemic but quite frankly the trip was horrible and we divided to take a break before we went back, and then the entire system changed so we were even more apprehensive about spending money to take another trip but Carla reassured us and made sure to make this the best trip we’ve had and we frequently travel. I had explained I wanted to plan a surprise Cruise on the Disney Dream to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Carla was my travel agent this past year for my trip the end of this month! She has been extremely helpful this whole entire time too. Carla did a fabulous job booking our Alaskan cruise. She was able to book a pretrip for us at the Vancouver Fairmont Waterfront, plus all the airport transfers through Disney. i am a full time power wheelchair user and the hotel room and ship both required roll in showers. The transfers required wheelchair lifts and or ramps. Disney provided wheelchair accessible shore excursions in Skagway, Juneau and Ketichikan. We booked KJ LImo in Vancourver for an accessible 5 hour tour of the city - highly recommend them. Fairmont Waterfront has a fully accessible food court connected through an underground walkway- it was very good at a very reasonable price. This is my second 5-star review for Carla. She helped us (again) with an incredible Spring Break family vacation to Disney World. Not only is she awesome at always at making everything easy from resort and tickets to waving her magic want to nail all the specialty dining reservations we were hoping for, and navigating our complex combined "part DVC, part cash" reservations... ...But this trip we had multiple changes including a scheduling and then last-minute cancellation of a 1-day VIP tour at Universal because my wife fractured her shoulder and it wouldn't be worth it to go there with all the big rides. Carla handled it all with grace and incredible customer service. She's the best!

Our experience with Carla is booking Disney Cruises. So far she has booked over 20 cruises for us. At this point we are seasoned Disney cruisers. Carla originally provided exceptional service in selecting rooms and getting our specific requirements in the reservation system. We now have specific cabin types and room numbers that we prefer. Now I just send her a request to book a given cruise with a preferred room number - she is fantastic and I don’t have to wait on the phone for hours with Disney. I book our excursions and onboard activities, that is my choice. She is friendly and extremely responsive whenever I have a question. Plus we get an onboard credit!
