Our day at coco cay was amazing we got to make our own labels, name our wine and bring our bottles home, it was so cool! I have already given your names to friends. My suitcase was somehow ruined during our flight and by the time we reached the resort last night my clothes were falling out everywhere?? I text Kaitlyn to ask for advice and in no time she brought me one of her own suitcases to keep! So thankful she saved the day now time to cruise ??

Kaitlyn went above and beyond in every aspect of her planning our trip - including all the changes we made! She also helped arrange transportation last minute and made it happen so we could extend our vacation for a few days. We are doing another trip this fall and plan to make it a yearly tradition for our family- and we certainly won’t ever do it without planning with Kaitlyn!

I reached out to the Vacationeer after trying unsuccessfully to plan our Universal vacation myself. Kaitlyn got right back to me and found a way to rebook our vacation that worked so much better and was cheaper in the long run! Kaitlyn helped me plan the most unforgettable trip for my family. She answered every question I had and was always helpful. It has been over 15 years that I have been to Disney so I was unaware of many new rides, features, etc. and Kaitlyn made sure I was up to date with everything. I gave her a budget and she worked with me to make sure I was able to schedule my family a trip within a few months. I have an Anoxic Brain Injury and she was so patient with me and help fix mistakes I had made. She worked fantastically with the staff of the places we wanted to go to make sure everything was as it needed to be and made the adjustments when it was not to make it so.
