I usually like to be referred to a person, my taste and others aren't always the same (didn't care for my last agent, not for Universal). I decided to sign up and get a random agent for this Universal trip. I LUCKED OUT! Kaitlyn was not only knowledgeable, she welcomed as many questions you could ask! I was probably the one that ask the most questions ever! I ask about anything and everything you could think of. She never made me feel like I was a pest! The best part, she had an answer for every question! Her response was always immediate, never leaving me hanging! If you are planning a trip to Universal Florida, I highly recommend her! You won't be disappointed! I can only imagine that she would be just as great for Disney, cruises or any of your Travels. I feel I not only have a great travel agent, Kaitlyn has become my friend!

Our Disney vacation was truly wonderful!! This was the second time we have taken my 14 year old step son to Disney World. So this time around we knew a little better exactly what we wanted to do and see. Working with Kaitlyn made the planning of the trip so much easier than in the past. She handled everything about the planning process, including all of our reservations hotel, restaurants and parks. Gave us suggestions on extra activities and helped manage the trip right up until we came home! She worked with us when we made last minute changes to our itinerary and everything worked out perfectly under her direction! The trip was so enjoyable and one that our family will remember forever! Kaitlyn made it so easy for us to plan everything get our reservations done and have a well planned and smooth trip without having to do a lot of our own planning, we will definitely be using Kaitlyn again to help us plan!
