Stephanie made our trip a complete success! I had four separate families to schedule our Disney trip. She made all the reservations, transportation, meal reservations and Boutique reservations. 3 Boutique reservations for the same time!!!!! I thought that would be impossible but Stephanie made that happen. Everything went so smoothly and we all had a wonderful time.

Amazing Support and Planning

While we haven't yet gone on our Disney Cruise I felt compelled to leave a note regarding Stephanie. Ive generally always loved planning my own trips but when it came time to organize my first Disney Cruise with my wife, daughter and mother I wasn't sure where to begin. I had specific requests (two rooms of different types but close to each other, specific ports of departure, etc., etc.). Stephanie was not only able to craft a trip that met my specific criteria but she also provided me with helpful tips and hints that made our trip itinerary better and more cost efficient. Put simply she made the planning experience extremely easy and pleasant and definitely exceeded my expectations in that regard. Stephanie was extremely helpful and we were able to make lifetime memories with our two granddaughters. She was easy to work with, made incredible suggestions and helped us ensure reservations at Cinderella’s Royal breakfast and Princess breakfast in Epcot. We also worked with her on Bippity Bobbity Boop and her help got us 2 reservations at the same time! Her advice on the Magic Kingdom was spot on. All I have to say is Stephanie Perlick is the world’s best travel agent. She makes my Disney vacations so magical. She works so hard. When I took my mom for her birthday Stephanie helped me organize a cake at the restaurant. She books my restaurant reservations at the crack of dawn on the days they open to give me the best chance to get them. Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with! We had our trip scheduled a year in advance and our son broke his leg. She gave us all options to still go. In the end we rescheduled. She took care of everything and made the process so stress free so that we could focus on him. I truly appreciated her more than she will ever know. Having Stephanie involved made planning our Disney vacation less stressful. She was very responsive to all of our emails and she sent wonderful, detailed information regarding navigating the Lightning Lane system and detailing the ride specifications and helpful tips for each of the parks.
Stephanie made our resort reservations as well as all our “Experience” reservations and dinner reservations for our group of 10, which was extremely helpful. (One of the cast members told us how lucky we were to get to have breakfast with the princesses – a very hard reservation to secure.)
We often commented how our trip was enhanced and made easier by having Stephanie leading the way. It was a magical time for all of us. The best part for me was seeing the joy on the faces of my grandchildren.

In a market that has unlimited choices of Disney travel agents, Stephanie stands out and is the epitome of what an agent should represent.
She takes her time explaining, offering recommendations, and tailoring your trip to your needs and wants. On our dining reservation date, she was able to secure CRT, Toppolinos, Chef Mickey’s, Hoop Dee Doo Revue, Roundup Rodeo BBQ, and Space 220 for our most recent trip. I’ve never heard of any other agent being able to secure this many top dining options, but Stephanie is truly exceptional at her job.

I'd rate Stephanie Perlick an 11 if that were possible. Last year she arranged a trip to Disney World for us that turned out to be practically perfect in every way. And now we are just back from a "Perlicked" spring break trip to Universal Orlando that rated even higher in the kids' estimation. Stephanie arranged everything for us, even finding a special deal that gave us an extra day in all the parks at no extra cost. Stephanie is so enthusiastic, so easy to talk to, so full of helpful suggestions that I wouldn't dream of ever going on a theme park trip to Orlando without her help. Another amazing trip with the help of Stephanie Perlick! I swear, each time I’ve worked with her it gets better and better with a little more magic sprinkled in each time. I’ve set up 3 trips with Stephanie now, and even though I know how to coordinate all the pieces of my trips it’s been so much easier to give her the specific details of what I want and let her set everything up. It saves me so many hours and days trying to stay on top of checking for reservation availability and magical extras. She even secured my Star Wars Nite Disney After Dark Event ticket for me and a reservation for Oga’s Cantina on the same busy night! I write this as a seasoned Disney World vet who makes one to two trips a year with my wife to our happy place in the Disney bubble. I know my way through the process, I'm well versed in making and managing reservations for the hotel and parks, and I know when to make my restaurant reservations... However, I'm ridiculously busy at work and every time I seem to forget something or don't make my restaurant reservations as soon as I can which leads to my wife and I missing out on those highly prized reservations.

She helped us book our family summer vacation to Orlando, which included a 4-night Disney Wish Cruise, visits to Disney theme parks, and Universal Studios. Best family cruise

It was an absolute pleasure working with Stephanie. I especially appreciated how she answered all my questions promptly and gave me correct information. The guidance she provided prior to the trip was invaluable.
Our cruise went great. Everyone had a wonderful time and we all came home exhausted! But we have great memories and a lot of great pictures. The customer service from Disney was top notch! No matter what you needed, they helped you!
The trip to Lookout Cay was wonderful! The beach was so beautiful and the water action park was so perfect for kids. We had a great day there.
Pirate Night was also a big hit with our family! I think the girls liked seeing the adults dressed up.
Thanks again to Stephanie for all her help. It was a great vacation. We plan to do it again in 4 years.

Walt Disney World- Polynesian

Stephanie turned a challenging last-minute preparation into a trip where the only thing that we will remember will be the perfect time together we experienced as a family. The little girls were the absolute perfect age for all of the activities, the location of the Polynesian and all that it offered was just right for everyone, and the experiences we had will be remembered always. Stephanie's guidance from the generous Zoom meeting was invaluable and so very appreciated. And, what a nice thing to check in on us while we were enjoying our time in the park. From the moment we first spoke on the phone in December 2023 until our arrival back home after the trip, she was so appreciated.

Most magical trip!

We are driving back home today with tears in our eyes. We had the most magical time and couldn't have done it without Stephanie's help.
From the start she made sure we knew all the secrets to making our trip magical. Every tip you provided us we used.
We had the most amazing time having dinner in the castle. The reservation times for the dinner and my daughter’s Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique were spot on. She was dressed like a princess for the dinner and we even saw ALL the fireworks from our seats. I couldn't have dreamed of a better way to end Magic Kingdom. Can't wait to book our next Disney trip!

We had the nicest and most relaxing vacation that could be from traveling with a 7 month old and a 6, 4 and 3 year old.
Stephanie was supportive of us traveling with so many littles, reassuring me it wouldn’t be a disaster & helping answer all of our questions .
She didn’t point us to the most expensive option for anything , but presented us with facts and gave us space to decide which would suit our family best.
I don’t know how she did it- but we even ate 3 character dining meals and had a triple reservation to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique!! She’s such a dedicated agent.
We are lifers with this woman. 10/10

Our family has now used Stephanie Perlick to help us book three Disney Cruise Line/Walt Disney World trips over the last three years. Our experience has been truly amazing each time! The first trip was a 3-night cruise on the Wish followed by a five-night stay in WDW for my mother's 75th birthday with extended family and we had a remarkable time! Our family of five has now done two more cruises after having so much fun on the first: a 7-night sailing on the Dream and just recently a 7-night sailing on the brand new Disney Treasure! Disney travel expert!

I'm telling you, everything was perfect on our Disney cruise!! Thanks to Stephanie! We don't have one complaint! The food was good, our servers for dinner were amazing and our cabin steward went above and beyond.
The islands were just breathtaking! We watched sunrises and sunsets from the veranda, ordered room service a few times (cookies and milk and donuts in the morning). The girls tried the kids club and asked to go back, they loved it. The shows we saw were spectacular!
Did I mention ice cream, lol? I think that's all my youngest gran
daughter ate the whole time, ice cream and Mickey bars!!
We all were sad for it to end! We are definitely talking about going again, and Stephanie will be my number 1 to know when we decide!
I am so thankful she put up with all my questions, emails and calls. Her expert advice was super helpful!

Our trip last year with my daughter and grandkids was fabulous. It was so much fun and Stephanie took care of everything for us. Traveling with a 3 and 5 year old was so smooth. Staying at the Polynesian was fabulous and fireworks view was worth every penny. Stephanie was so great we have a trip booked at the end of Feb back to Disney World. Our best trip

We have worked with Stephanie for years now and don’t know how we managed before!! Going to Disney is very confusing, especially the first few times, but Stephanie explained everything to us in a clear easy to understand way, from getting to the parks to eating to lightening lanes! We had several phone conversations with her and she made easy to lay out our days at each park. Advised us on which rides to LL and which not to, made our lunch and dinner reservations so they wouldn’t interfere with our LL times. We have been to Disney probably 25 times over the years and we can’t say enough of how easy she makes it since we have started using her!!! She is awesome!!
