Sue was great helping us find a great all inclusive spot in the Caribbean. We had never done a trip like this before and it was so nice to have all the details planned out for our family and helping us with all the arrangements from air travel, airport transfer, resort tips, etc. We didn’t have much time to plan the trip so it was great working with Sue to make it all happen in a short time. The resort was perfect for our family and transfer service she arranged was great as well.

Working was Sue was the best! From start to finish she was helpful and efficient. She helped me plan an Alaskan cruise for our family of 14 - 6 adults and 8 children. She advised me on the best cruise line and routes. Her advice on excursions was great and spot on. Sue handled all of the booking with Princess cruise - from travel insurance, room selection, dietary needs, flexing with our changing dates, what to pack, etc. Sue’s selection of rooms was the best - she knew what location on the ship would be best and which ones were not. She would have gladly handled our flights to Seattle but we opted to handle that ourselves since we were coming from different states. I never had to worry about missing a payment deadline as she kept me on task and provided ample time for me to do it. I highly recommend Sue - she saved me so much work/angst and time. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Sue.

Our Rhine River cruise experience was amazing, thanks to Sue's professional experience and expertise. From helping select a cruise line that met our sightseeing and budget goals to pre- and post-cruise travel bookings, she provided invaluable guidance and peace of mind for us. And the app, with all of our travel details in one place, was such a convenient bonus! We'll definitely rely on Sue again for our travel planning.

Sue planned an amazing trip to Portugal. She covered every detail as far as hotel stay, arranged transportation to and from airports and train stations. She also booked great tours but we also had some free time built in. It was our 30th Anniversary and every Hotel we stayed at gave us their best room.
