Details of trip were handled by Christi. Very satisfied CONS: basically none. The train was cold but when the crew noticed passengers were uncomfortable, the temperature was raised. PROS: excellent service Slow moving train to allow good viewing. Excellent food using local ingredients Informative- the crew on the return trip was even more informative about history of region, railroad, etc. Comfortable seating with access to 2 other lounge cars with great viewing. Christi did such a great job with informing us of everything at the parks. I’d been many times before, but this was the first time going with my boyfriend (who had never been before). We had to figure everything out together, and we realized there was lots we did not know going into our trip. Christi was so helpful with all the information beforehand, but also in the moment. There was one time in particular that we had some technical trouble with our lightning lanes and it was very disappointing. We sent her a message and she quickly advised us on the best route to take. With her help, we got it fixed! That stuck out greatly. At the end of our trip, my boyfriend asked me to tell her that she’s the best travel agent ever! Great experience!

I must say Christi's dedication, attention to detail, response time, and overall knowledge of the parks/resorts were FAR above any Disney planner I've ever worked with. I started to plan a 5th Birthday Trip for my daughter earlier this year. I contacted Christi (I heard of her company on a Disney podcast) and she got right back with me- that day! She helped me book tickets and a resort for my family of 5. She asked lots of questions about our trip, and we let her know about Ava's 5th Birthday and that we wanted to surprise Ava with a trip to the Bippity Boppity Boutique. She walked me through how to make a reservation for that, and I got a reservation! I was so excited. Fast forward to April 7th, the day we were going to drive from our house in Cocoa Beach to Disney. This is our first time using a travel agent for a Disney World trip. My husband and I wanted to make it special for our daughter's (6 & 4) first time so we decided to go with an agent and I am so glad we did. The communication from Christi was excellent!! She was so quick and responsive and she was so on top of everything we asked for. She went above in beyond in not just answering any questions but offering to book things like transportation to and from the airport and even brought us an incremental hotel deal after we booked. Christi took care of everything from beginning to end! She handled reservations for our family of 5 as well as 10 other family members who travelled with us. She frequently checked for discounts and updated our package price to make sure that we got the best rate on our tickets and hotel. Christi told us when flights would be cheapest and booked them for us through Disney. Five of my other family members are from Louisiana and had their flights cancelled because of Tropical Storm Barry. Christi reached out beforehand and informed them of their options in the event that their flights were cancelled. She helped arrange another night’s stay for both families. Christi was amazing to work with. I booked before the pandemic with Christi and had to cancel. I reschedule last March 2021 from Jan 2022 and Christi was always on top of everything. As parks, restaurants, and resorts opened and restrictions changed she was always communicating with me. She had several long conservations with me to help ease my anxiety about going to Disney and what parks which day and which restaurants. She had recommendations and options, which was fantastic. She helped me gain confidence with Genie+ and become incredibly comfortable with it. She helped me schedule transportation to and from the airport and when I left my jacket in the car she helped get it back to me by getting in contact with them. Christi was super attentive! Very thorough from start to finish on our Disney Cruise and Walt Disney Vacation. She handled all the recommendations, reservations, from dinner to park tickets to room accommodations! Everything was handled and seamless. She went above and beyond to communicate very clearly and quickly. She worked very hard and even had alerts on her phone when character dinner reservations came open. She is very friendly and efficient. She even sent our daughter a autograph book and Mickey ears for our time there and when we went aboard our cruise there was another gift awaiting in our room.
