I contacted Carol through the list of options on Disney's main website, and although I tried with three different agents, she was the only one who responded to my request within a minute. The experience with her was very good; she was always attentive, always available, very professional, and clear. She helped us a lot with a lot of questions during our organization, and her recommendations were very accurate. Carol was great! She took care of everything for our large group including accommodations, airport transport, car seats, strollers, dining reservations, tickets and even handled a couple change requests. We didn’t have to make a single phone call, just emailed Carol and she took care of everything. Always a prompt response to any questions. I have booked 4 trips with carol so far and had many family and friends book with her as well. She has made the process so easy and she is always available to answer my random questions she is always getting back to me with in a reasonable time. Even when you are at the park she is helping you if needed. My family knows I will always book with carol. When I tell them it’s time for a vacation everyone knows I am emailing carol.
