She helped me plan the most incredible 40th birthday trip for my spouse, and I can’t even take credit—Kate was the real MVP. What set her apart? She didn’t just book a trip—she helped us figure out where to go, what resort fit our style and budget, and coordinated everything (yes, even round-trip transportation). She checked in while we were traveling to make sure we were having an amazing time. Other agents I talked to just wanted to know the destination and book it—Kate took the time to actually plan an unforgettable experience. I have never used a travel agent before so I didn't know what to expect. I had reached out to a neighbor travel agent and asked for some recommendations, but I honestly didn't know if I was getting a good deal because I had nothing to compare it to. I saw Kate's responses to a Facebook post and decided to reach out to her. She gave me an honest review of the places that I was previously recommended, gave me all the pros and cons, and then priced out the deal I was getting. We then chatted for about 45 minutes and she educated me on what my best options would be for my travel needs, which included bringing my three young adult men on an active excursion / relaxation/all inclusive resort. I believe what most impressed me, besides the extensive knowledge Kate had about every aspect of vacationing, was her incredibly fast online response time to all of the big and little questions and concerns I had. There was very little stress for me as Kate had all of the transfers included and lined up, we received several special bonuses while we are at the resort, and she even text to let me know that she confirmed our pick up transportation to the airport for the way home. So I didn't even have to worry about that! Kate has extensive personal knowledge and her communication skills were excellent, which allowed me to focus on enjoying getting ready for the vacation and being able to relax while there, knowing everything was taken care of.

We wanted to take our 14M old on a trip outside of the country for spring break. We were stuck between two resorts and Kate helped us choose the perfect resort. There was a swim up bar that wasn’t adults only, a MASSIVE zero entry pool, and the kids pool was perfect for our little guy. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Servers came around all day asking if we needed food or drinks which was nice so we didn’t have to get out of the pool to go to a restaurant for lunch. Every room had a view of the ocean and had everything we needed for our baby. One of my favorite parts was the gym. It might have been nicer than the gym in my hometown. Overall this trip was amazing for our family. I’d go back a million times.
