Alana goes the extra mile to make sure everything you want for your vacation is taken care of. I’ve had some difficult dining reservations at Disney World that she kept working until she was able to secure them. And she is ALWAYS available to take care of everything you want or need. USE HER ! Our family has had several Disney trips over the past 15 years. Our first family trip was with a different agent and went south quickly as the agent did not do her job well, so I was very anxious with the next trip having such a bad experience but Alana was AMAZING. She planned our trip so well with the needs of my parents and having our 2 little ones as well. She has also planned trips with my brother and his family and is currently planning another trip for us.
