Kira was the MOST helpful and responsive agent. This was our family's first Disney Cruise and experience with Disney in general so we wanted to make sure it was special for our children. She was so knowledgeable - told us AND signed us up for all the events my girls would enjoy - Royal Gathering, BBB! She answered every email and question I had within minutes. Even when I was considering moving the trip due to a change in the school calendar, she was helpful and provided me with many alternative options. We will definitely be using Kira again and recommending her to all of our friends!

We took our daughters and grandchildren (almost 6, 4, and 2) to Disneyworld with the travel advice provided by Kira. She recommended the Art of Animation resort which was ideal for the little girl who is obsessed with Ariel from Little Mermaid and the little boys who love Disney’s Cars characters … both of which themes are well depicted at that resort. Kira answered all of our questions, particularly about the Lightning Lanes, MultiPass, dining options and no question was too petty for her great responsiveness. She also assisted in setting up an itinerary … don’t go to Disney without planning! Our family's trip to the Baha Mar in the Bahamas was more than just a vacation; it was a whirlwind of laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories and great restaurants and water parks.
