Scott…took care of all the details. And then he made sure to check on us at each stage of preparation and even when we were o. The cruise. Then when the cruise was complete he made sure we were satisfied with it, and made sure to cover anything good or bad the cruise line did. Scoot is a full service agent…we had zero worries and were completely pleased by his outstanding work.
