Kristina helped my family plan an unforgettable trip to Puerto Rico in January 2024, and I truly can’t imagine doing it without her. From start to finish, everything felt easy and stress free. She really listened to what we wanted and somehow turned that into a trip that fit our family perfectly. We made memories I’ll always cherish, and that’s entirely because of how thoughtful and organized she was. Kristina is not only incredibly good at what she does, she’s also genuinely lovely to work with. I’m already looking forward to having her help me plan my elopement in Montana later this year. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

We knew from the beginning that Kris would be incredibly skilled as a travel agent. She showed wonderful attention to detail, answered questions quickly and thoroughly, and took all needs into account as we were traveling within a group. Kris displayed knowledge of the areas where we were traveling and helped plan all of our excursions, often making wonderful suggestions. Her work skills combined with her lovely personality will encourage us to plan another trip in the near future.

Highly recommend EAFB World Travel Service - excellent everything! My family has complex travel needs and preferences, we often make last-minute travel plans (try not to do this, definitely not ideal), and I'm a hard-core DIY-er so I was very hesitant to use a Travel Agent. I mean, I can look up lodging and activities myself, I don't need a professional doing that stuff for me...right? WRONG! That works for local travel to places I'm familiar with, but I learned the hard way that I was in over my head once I started venturing to places I was totally unfamiliar with. I've been using EAFB ever since! From scouting multiple lodging options with our exact (complicated) criteria AND in my price range, to researching activities and recreation ideas based on our specific interests AND including important info like what needs advanced reservations and grouping things by general location to optimize time, to providing a detailed itinerary with all the info organized into one convenient place - I never knew what I was missing! Our most recent trip was to Hawaii. Two islands, jam-packed fun with all the laid-back relaxing options I wanted, and an experiene of a lifetime. Even if I actually could do all the planning and organization myself, it saves me so much time and effort to let an actual professional handle all that. Thank you, EAFB!

So helpful with planning and overview of choices (so many in Costa Rica). She was on target with the hotels, towns, driving, car rental, etc. Day of travel from US, there were some airline related delays and she communicated to the hotel for us about the late arrival and need for dinner. Would definitely recommend and use again! THANK YOU

This trip was the second trip that Kristina created of us. She provided us with an excellent tour that met all of our needs. She did an excellent job learning about our interests, preferences and limitations. She was able to clearly articulate the pros and cons of the many different tour providers and their itineraries. I was concerned about the conditions that we would encounter in the developing world. All the hotels met a US standard for luxury. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, and the tours were of appropriate length. All the tours provided bottle water and snacks. There was also plenty of time to explore on our own. Kristina can adjust your trip to provide more or less free time. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will use Kristina's services again, hopefully soon!
