While my husband and I have cruised in the past, we utilized Julie’s expertise to book a cruise for us and our teenage children. We ended up using a cruise line that we had never cruised before. Julie was extremely helpful in explaining all of the details as well as providing physical tools (folder of detailed info, luggage tags, and packing checklists) and emails to help us on our trip. She was extremely helpful and responsive to every email, phone call, and text message I lobbed her way. Her responses were prompt, helpful, and she never seemed annoyed or bothered by my endless questions. She gave us a TON of travel options to review as a family until we found just the right one. She helped us look at flights, packages, room layouts, and more. She found us a great room on the Norwegian Escape that I would not have found by myself. The room comfortably slept all 5 of us in one room with a window! She found great deals and offers that brought the price down, and even updated us when our cruise price went down so that we could enjoy a further savings. She sent a TON of materials to us including lovely travel gifts to help make our trip a breeze. Julie also checked in with us multiple times leading up to our cruise. On the day of our trip, we hit a nasty delay at the airport that could have spelled disaster for our entire vacation. I got ahold of Julie at an unpleasant early hour, and she was there for us, ready to help. She hopped on the phone with NCL while we got the situation sorted out, and helped us navigate that experience. Upon return, she checked in with us to see how the trip went. She was consistently there for us throughout the process, and because of her level of service, we will continue to use her services anytime we plan a family vacation. I am thankful we found Julie, and look forward to working with her for years to come!

All phases of our trip to London were flawless thanks to Julie Price. The trip exceeded our expectations. Staying near Paddington Station turned out to be the best decision since it was in the heart of everything. All the excursions went smoothly including a bucket list trip out to Highclere Castle! We highly recommend Julie as she was organized, communicative, attentive and her follow through was on point to all our requests. Thank you Julie for helping make our trip so memorable.
