Our last family Disney Cruise on the Wish!
I started my sailing journey with Disney Cruises in 2003 and since then, I have had the pleasure of experiencing all of their current ships on a variety of itineraries. I have explored the beautiful Caribbean, departing from both Florida and New Orleans. I've also set sail to Bermuda from the vibrant city of New York. Furthermore, I have indulged in numerous Bahamian sailings from Port Canaveral, and most recently, I embarked on an unforgettable adventure to Alaska from Vancouver.
Throughout my sailing experiences, I have had the opportunity to stay in nearly every type of stateroom available on the ships, including the luxurious concierge accommodations. Whether traveling with my family or enjoying adult-only voyages, I have cherished each unique journey with Disney Cruise Line.
In addition to my Disney Cruise adventures, I have also had the pleasure of sailing with other renowned cruise lines. I embarked on a captivating journey with Royal Caribbean, where I explored the enchanting Greek Isles. Additionally, I indulged in a memorable adult only voyage with Virgin Voyages, sailing to the breathtaking Bahamas. These experiences have broadened my horizons and allowed me to discover the unique offerings of different cruise lines.

Alaska Cruise Adventure

Meghan was incredibly helpful in planning our recent cruise to Alaska! After we made our initial reservations with her, we made some changes that she handled seamlessly to ensure that we had the best possible time onboard. She gave us tips on where to stay pre-cruise and for excursions at each of the ports. Having Meghan help with all the details made it so much easier to plan our trip, and we're looking forward to working on our next one with her!

Meghan has helped me book several trips from a quick girls weekend to a weeklong family vacation. From the campground to a Disney cruise and resorts in between. She is a wealth of knowledge. This was the second trip we booked with Meghan, the first being a Disney Cruise. The Adventures by Disney trip was amazing. Meghan is always super responsive, friendly, gave us all the information we needed in a concise manner. It made booking and planning our trip so incredibly seamless.

I have worked with Meghan for 6 years to book several Walt Disney World Trips and most recently a Disney cruise to Alaska this upcoming summer. I have referred her to several friends as she can guide the beginner to the most experienced traveler to new experiences tailored to meet the needs of their family. Her reminders on when things need to be decided, her help in the wee hours of the morning to secure park specific events/rides/ restaurants is appreciated! Many Disney Cruising and Disney World Trips

Meghan has been a tremendous asset in planning our vacations! She is very knowledgeable and replies to questions/concerns very quickly. If she isn’t sure about something, she will find out for you. Meghan has been able to get us dining reservations when we couldn’t get them. She gets us special event tickets. For our Mediterranean cruise, she booked our flights and hotels and all our transfers. We never have to worry about anything because Meghan has taken care of it or will take care of it. She has a lot of patience when you have lots of questions and they’re always answered with a smile (yes, you can sense it in her words or hear it in her voice over the phone). I have recommended Meghan to friends and family that have used her services and were also grateful for her help. I have always been our Disney vacation planner, but Meghan has helped take a huge load off of me. I highly recommend Meghan Umlauf!

Hurricanes and Covid won't stop us!
We can not express our appreciation for Meghan enough. Hurricane Ian had shut down Fort Wilderness Campgrounds, where we had our cabin reservations. I got an email Friday afternoon indicating that the campgrounds wouldn't be open in time to accommodate our reservation. Meghan was on the phone for three hours or more on a late Friday afternoon/early evening arranging alternate accommodations for us, calling a few times while waiting to clarify details and offer reassurance. Wow did she come through! She got us a suite in the Fort Wilderness Lodge which ended up being a substantial upgrade -- but most importantly meant that we were still able to take our eight year old daughter to Disney for her first trip after delaying it for two years because of Covid.
