A wonderful family vacation!!

Michelle arranged a special vacation to celebrate our twin girls 10th birthday! The trip included a special night in Magic Kingdom and then a wonderful 4 day cruise aboard the Disney Fantasy. Every expectation was exceeded and we all had the absolute best time! We loved how easy it was...we just had to show up and the rest was taken care of!

We give Michelle an A+! She is quick, knowledgeable, thorough, and so helpful. I spoke with her to give her an idea of what we wanted to do and she came up with a few options for us to choose from as a starting point. She is a pleasure and very easy to work with. She found a great deal that I didn’t even know to look for and it allowed us express passes, 2 free days at the park and free water taxis each way. It is wonderful to have help from someone that knows the ins and outs and can help take the stress off of your planning. She is well organized and follows up multiple times to make sure that you have all of the details that you need. I highly recommend her services! Thank you, Michelle!! ??

Banff Anniversary Trip Success

Amazing Trip to Greece
Michelle booked us an amazing trip to Athens Greece. We went to get my daughter set up at the American College of Greece for a semester abroad and she researched locations for the best place for us to stay. From the time we left the states to the time we got home she was always able to be reached if we needed anything. She set up our private transportation from airport to the hotel. The hotel she booked us was amazing from location to the spa it had. The cafes that were within walking distance and the roof top gave us views of the sea and the acropolis. Our flight home was great until we got to the states and she was on the phone with the airlines finding us a route home and was available the whole time. She is booking our next trip in March. I would highly recommend using her travel company if you want seamless travel and an experience that will be wonderful.

Large Family Vacation
Michelle has handled multiple trips for our family including cruises, anniversaries, all inclusive resorts and multi-generational family trips. I could not recommend her enough. We just recently went on a big family trip to Jamaica and she handled everything from booking excursions, finding the hotel, transportation and booking VIP service at the airport. On the day we were to fly to our destination, all of our flights were canceled. Michelle handled contacting the hotel, transportation and excursions to let them know of our delay. She also provided assistance in finding alternative flights to our destination. We are truly grateful we had Michelle to handle all of it, especially in a high stress situation such as cancelled flights. The rest of our trip was seamless and we had an absolute fabulous time. Amazing time in Asia
Roam Travel Company is absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided to book a 2 week trip to Asia to visit family in S Korea. I had only traveled internationally once before and was completely overwhelmed. Michelle came highly recommended but even with those expectations, I was blown away. She got everything booked - flights, hotels, other transportation, activities, & sure we I knew exactly what to expect. What we needed in terms of foreign exchange, how to pack for 2 weeks overseas, some tips on ensuring a super-long flight. Her communication was wonderful, even mtg me before we left to go over the itinerary & checking in on us during the trip. The app with the itinerary was so great, but she also gave me a comprehensive copy of everything, which really came in handy in customs in Tokyo when I couldn’t access the app. All of this to say, Michelle & Roam were wonderful, everything I needed to create a perfect, once-in-a-lifetime trip and I will forever trust her with my travel needs.
