Krista is the absolute BEST! She worked with us to plan not only 3 incredible days in Disneyland/DCA with stays at Pixar Place Hotel and Disneyland Hotel, but also helped us check two more national parks off our bucket list with accommodation bookings at Death Valley and Joshua Tree. My husband and I agree that this was our favorite vacation ever! Krista took the time to make this 5-year wedding anniversary trip special with a Blue Bayou restaurant reservation at Disneyland and was absolutely right about adding on Lightning Lane Multi-Pass to our tickets to make the most of our time in the parks. All of her suggestions were honest and transparent, and we appreciated how she offered us several options across various price points for hotels, rental cars, and experiences. Disney World is a world unto itself, including a complex set of processes to maximize your time there. We have planned multiple trips with Krista and we have enjoyed every experience with her. On our first vacation to Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and Discovery Cove - we had a wonderful time. The private cabana was perfect that Krista recommended at Discovery Cove. We could walk out straight into the water. My granddaughter loved the snorkeling! It was her first time. My daughter stayed in Universal Studios Florida theme park for Halloween Horror Nights and loved it. She went through several haunted houses and rode the rides that were open. On our second trip, we visited Walt Disney World and Epic Universe at Universal Orlando. We had another wonderful trip. Absolutely nothing we would have done differently. Krista sent plenty of information about Lightning Lane options, and we ended up with the Lightning Lane Premier Pass. It was worth the money. I would do it again. The Animal Kingdom Lodge was beautiful. We never waited on buses heading to the parks or heading home. My daughter and granddaughter collected all the beads from the learning experiences they were on a mission to collect them all. I think my granddaughter has almost every page filled in her autograph book that Krista sent to her before our trip. Krista, thanks again for all your help! It wasn't our first time at Disneyland, but it was our first time booking thru a travel agency, where Krista took care of my family's needs & desires with great care & thoughtfulness. I don't think I'll book Disneyland without Krista's assistance again – it really made the months & days leading up to the trip way less stressful, and the days in the parks mroe enjoyable after Krista's continual communication leading up to the it e.g. tips & tricks, need-to-knows, reservation followups, etc. She truly is an expert.
