Amy was amazing. With the gov shut down everything was a mess. We had non stop issues from flight cancellations, transportation issues, hotel cancellation, and almost missed our trip. Amy was on the phone with all the vendors and took away all our stress. She worked all weekend and even on a Sunday. She checked in on me numerous times and I don't know what I would have done without her. She was so calm and sweet. She communicated with us the entire time. We are home now and had a wonderful trip. If I didn't have Amy i don't think we would of made this trip possible.

Amy made me look good to my family

I usually book my tips myself but I saw Amy and her company gave onboard credit so gave her a chance. She is a bright young lady who always answered the phone with a smile. We worked together almost a year and she put up with my old man humor.
Day 1 of my trip I had to tell her how incredible she did with planning. She got us the best stateroom, made sure we were connected to my grandchildren, have us dining together, and gave us tips which got us the reservation we wanted. Now I wonder how many benefits I missed not using her in the past. Will use her again in the future. Thank you Amy for making me look good!

Marvel Cruise with Disney

I took my family on this cruise and Amy was very helpful. She even called me on a Sunday to calm my nerves because I got overwhelmed. Amy is very patient as I am an older woman who doesn't care for technology. We even forgot something on the ship and Amy helped us with contacting Disney.

Birthday Trip to remember

Having Amy made our whole experience so much better. As a family of mostly first timers, I had no idea what I was doing but she helped us get everything that we needed and even was quick to contact DCL about questions when it came to our documentation.
