I’ve never used a travel agent before, but for this Universal trip I decided to give it a shot. It was the BEST decision I could have ever made. Amy was a phenomenal travel agent! We spoke and she took (in great detail) what my expectations for the trip were. When I tell you she didn’t miss, I mean it! Not only did she book the trip exactly as I described, she also assisted with getting my accommodations request (for the parks for my son) set up. She described what each park would be like, suggested best times to go and how to maximize the experiences we wanted, she even sent power points with tips and tricks for the newest park (EPIC). She answered all the questions I had (and there were a lot) most times within minutes or within the hour. There was never a moment where I felt like I wasn’t being heard or ignored. Had no idea where to start planning our trip. Thank God for Amy and her expertise. If it wasn’t for her I know our trip would have not been successful. She went out of her way to schedule calls on the weekend when other family members could join. She is a joy and sweet as can be. We joke that she is our Disney princess (she sounds like one!). We are about to book our next trip with her and excited to try something new.

We loved working with Amy! I had spoken to another travel agent prior to speaking with Amy while planning and we decided to go with Amy and so thankful we did. She was so patient with us with pricing different days and different resorts. She modified our reservations multiple times and never complained. She even got us the dining gift card package and did the math for us when I thought we weren't saving that much money. She ended up saving us almost $700. She got up and booked all of our dining reservations and got us the after hours tickets. She truly was always there to answer all of our questions and we had many. Even when she was busy, she would respond to me. We loved her so much we even booked our bounce back ofter with her and again she ran all the numbers for us and different resorts to see how much we could save and called Disney to see if we could book the original dates we wanted. Highly recommend her as a travel agent. She truly helped make our trip magical. Love love love

Amy Bourque did an amazing job planning our trip to the Bahamas (with Royal Caribbean cruise was incredible ) and our Disney vacation, including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and EPCOT. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and her recommendations made the entire experience smooth, fun, and stress free. Have to say Amy Bourque was like a breathe of fresh air on planning our vacation. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the entire planning stage.
