My son and his friends worked with Laura to book their Spring Break trip. At the last minute, they had to change the location of the trip. Laura worked her magic and got them rerouted and booked at an outstanding resort! Additionally, she reached out to them to make sure they had arrived and made it home okay. The boys had a great time and I appreciated her professionalism and care.

This was a trip of a lifetime! Laura has helped up several times for hotels and vacation planning and has always gone the extra mile. Laura made sure we had completed all the necessary paperwork and packages for our cruise. She always was quick to send us an email or text to any changes and was always available when we needed. We took a 7 day Caribbean cruise January of 2026, and it was amazing! We were on the Norwegian Encore out of Miami. From the beginning, Laura was there to help us with questions about packages and excursions. She was so knowledgeable. She was always so quick to answer any questions, at any time! She helped us with questions, down to the night before we got on. I have recommended her to many friends and will continue to do so!

This was our families first time planning a cruise. Laura made the process so easy. We were traveling with another family. Wanted to make sure we had close rooms for the kids. And able to reserve right next door with balconies. Everything was easy from deciding what packages to add and setting up our accounts to book excursions/reservations while on board. Any questions I had were answered quickly.

We loved our trip! Breathless/Dreams was perfect for us. We loved that Breathless was adults only but we still had access to Dreams pools, water slides, lazy river, sports bar, etc. Laura was great! Very thorough, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend her!

Laura helped us plan every aspect of our long weekend in Disney. She was on top of dates to make dinner reservations and took charge of that too. Her communication was thorough and helpful. I will be using her again in the future.

I had never used Ms. Lewis as a travel agent before, but the arrangements were seamless--- even while traveling amongst a govenerment shutdown. We had the absolute best honeymoon I could have ever asked for. It was my first time out of the country and Laura made everything a breeze. She took Switzerland for a week we like mountains and lakes and this is our budget, and turned it into an amazing trip. She booked airlines, trains, several hotels and excursions we just had to show up! She also made herself available literally 24/7 we hit a bump in the road and it was 1 am her time and she was on it helping us navigate. She is the best!

Working with Laura has been a delight. She’s knowledgeable about her craft as being a travel agent and she works with you and she’s very patient. Our 35th year class reunion was held in Runaway Bay Jamaica. The resort we stayed in we were not pleased with and Laura did everything she possibly could to fix the problems that we were enduring at the Bahia Principe Luxury Resort. To say that she kept in touch via text message and via email with all of us shows how dedicated she is not just for her business but with her customers as well. Even though the resort did not work with her, nor did they feel the need to fix our problems, we all still agreed that we would definitely work with Laura on other trips that we have planned.

I had no worries working with Laura! She had everything covered, detail for detail. I will choose to work with Laura for a futire trip.

The Resort wasn’t that great, in fact the worst resort in Jamaica. We made it worth the while, because of the fun we had while being in that dump! Roaches in bathroom, the smell of sewer in bathroom, no heavy blanket on bed just sheets, the service staff were rude and nonchalant, no variety of food same dishes everyday. Just a terrible place, my opinion the resort needs to be shut down until they can fix the issues first. Elevator took 15-25 minutes and we were stuck on one of them for 5 minutes. We had to pull open the door to get out. Told staff about situation and they had no real concern. Never will I go to this resort again!!

Booking with Laura was great. Prompt communication and forewarned me it was a possibility there may be renovations happening in suites. I wasn’t prepared for the long waits because the elevator was down in my building 27. I was under the impression during our stay that sofabeds would be replaced so minimal noise however there was painting and drilling at times. There were long waits for guests and maintenance workers sharing the elevator for 2 buildings. A couple of mornings I was awakened by drilling, a dog barking, or loud bumping noises from the wall. When I looked out my room, staff had painting equipment and other maintenance equipment outside my door. We had our “Do not disturb” sign on the door and we still had a knock on our door from staff as he was preparing to walk in and was greeted by my husband. He replied he didn’t notice the sign so we felt very uncomfortable since we didn’t expected no one to try to enter our room especially since staff should know better. With that being said, the grounds are beautiful, the oceanfront suite was breathtaking, the staff was very nice, and the food options were plentiful. I really loved the hospitality. I believe I would have had a better experience if we didn’t have to deal with the renovations and clutter in the hallways by the elevators.

How much can I say about Laura? Well she is the most patient and friendly travel agent I have ever dealt with in this industry. The people on this particular trip were not easy to work with but Laura endured. In the end they were all pleased with Laura and how she managed every issue we had from booking to while we were on the resort. How good is Laura? Well out of our small 20 person group three of the people want to schedule their next trip with Laura at the helm. She is great and an asset to anyone taking a trip.

My cousin got married in Punta Cana and Laura was great from the very beginning to the end. Laura was always available to answer questions. She was very thorough with her communication every step of the way. She kept us abreast on flight prices. I needed to make several changes with my reservation, she took care of it with no problem and always pleasant. Laura is a great person and travel agent. Many of us have booked several other trips with her because she always does a great job. Very professional.

Laura Lewis did an outstanding job help us plan for our son's beach wedding. She handled all aspects of our trip, from airfare to resort accommodations, including ground transportation to/from the airport, along with travel insurance. She provided prices, flight times, and we picked what worked best for us. As my wife & I had questions about anything, we sent them to Laura and she would reply with prompt answers. She did all the leg work, which took all the worry out of our trip. We definitely would use her again for our next journey !!!

We were looking for a cabin that could house all 14 of us as well as being close to everything, but far enough away as well. Laura knocked it out of the park! The cabin was perfect for us to relax....either together or separate, and was close enough to fun that we didn't spend all day getting somewhere.

Laura helped plan our honeymoon. She found amazing resorts that fit our budget and helped narrow the options down to find exactly what we were looking for. Laura was great to work with!! We had a girl's weekend that required a night in a hotel. I was not familiar with the area, so I have Laura some details on what I was looking the hotel to offer. Very quickly, she came back with a list of hotels that would meet my requirements. She then took care of making the booking.
