She was terrific. I called when it was almost closing time on Saturday, although when I called i did not know they closed at 2 p.m. on Saturdays. I was looking for a flight from MSP to Halifax, Nova Scotia. Although I had found what I wanted, times departing and arriving etc. etc but I was nervous continuing on my own because of dealing with an airline I was not familiar with. The original agent booked the initial cruise, then Rachel took over our account. They both did a phenomenal job to ensure that the transition was seamless from our perspective.
