This was a bucket list trip for me. The trip consisted of a cruise and pre cruise stop in Sydney Australia. During the planning stages Jo provided the group with various options/dates. She worked with the group providing the best options/prices. All during the planning phase she was very engaged with group advising us of required documents needed to visit the 2 countries and coordinated the cruise. She also provided information for booking flights and getting travel insurance. She arranged for transportation between airport/hotel/cruise port. She had our best interest in mind and when permitted got the group a reduced rate or credit for future cruise, as the price of the cabins dropped after we booked.!!! In addition, she provided resources as requested based on our personal preferences.
