Our family had dreamed of going to Japan for years. Finally, after a few years of saving we were able to plan the trip of a lifetime! Jen helped us customize the entire trip to meet our business and family needs. We were traveling with our special needs son and she was great about helping me find activities that would be fun for him as well as my teen. I also appreciated the advice with transportation. The accommodations she selected for us were absolutely amazing! We were able to walk to a market and cook in the room for our selves. I had multiple questions throughout this process and she answered me thoroughly. If something on the itinerary didn’t fit she changed it up for me. I would highly recommend Jen!!!

Jennifer first is a listener and hears what you want for your vacation. I will use her again. We wanted to start our Italy vacation on our tour in Rome a few days before the tour again. She set us up wtih that and even made suggestions about Rome. She has been to Italy a few times and confirmed some of the highlights that we were going to see on our Insight Vacation tour. She highlighted in yellow which ones we should do that Insight Vacations provided as an extra part of the tour for extra cost. We ended up doing all that was recommended by Insight Vacations. My wife and I really want to go back to Italy and when we do we will have Jenn customize our trip next time instead of a tour. I would recommend Jenn for your travel needs. She is pleasant, helpful and very organized. She had everything layed out for us and that was tremendous.

Jen did an amazing job planning our cruise, making sure all the details were handled and checking in along the way. Jen did a great job organizing everything from start to finish. Our 16 day cruise, pre-cruise and post cruise went flawlessly. Jen Lowry did an outstanding job setting up our travel across Iceland and the southern UK from October 25th through November 12th, 2024. My request to her for the vacation was extensive and detailed, and included multiple and very specific stops in both countries. Jen rose to the challenge and delivered 100% of what we wanted, including tours (such as the 6-Day Guided tour and a helicopter tour of Volcanoes in Iceland, and site specific tours in the UK such as Stonehenge, London Tower, walking tours in Bath and Chester, and Bletchley Park), hotels, breakfasts, car rental in the UK, transport between airports and hotels as needed, advice on entrance and exit from foreign countries, and more. When we asked for additions or changes to the schedule, Jen adjusted to our requests quickly and made them happen! Everything was well organized and flowed as it was supposed to when we traveled. The inland cruise was a good trip and part of my bucket list. - I was not disappointed with the the help of Jen. She got these old folks safely there and back. - The trip and boat were very friendly. The only regrets that I have was we didn't see any wildlife which I was hoping to see. A big thank you goes out to Jen for the help and getting us organized.

This is only the second time I have gone through a travel agent and it was a great experience. Jen was available for questions at all times. This was our first visit out of the country and it went fairly smooth. We couldn't find our shuttle service. So I emailed Jen at 11 pm and she actually responded! Then once we got to our destination, due to late arrival, due to flight issues, not the agents fault, our room was not available. Jen , on her own accord. contacted the company and we were placed in our room the next day and was offered a free couples massage. The remainder of the trip was just amazing!

I had a great experience working with Jennifer on our recent travel to Phuket Thailand. From the beginning she was very patient taking the time to understand my specific needs and came back with several great options for a beach front resort that matched all my criteria. She worked with me to narrow down the choice to what ended up being a fantastic location with a luxurious stand-alone room with a private pool, walking distance to the beach. It checked all the boxes and then some. She also worked with me to book excursions and airport transport. She took the time to follow up a few days in advance with some helpful reminders before embarking on our trip. Everything went off without a hitch. It's comforting and helpful to use an agent for international travel, and certainly Jennifer held our hands through the whole process. Would certainly recommend her again.
