I’ve never used a travel agent before, but working with Gina made the entire process incredibly easy. Being able to plan the majority of my trip in advance, while still having the flexibility to update and add to my itinerary, was perfect for me. I personally prefer having a planned itinerary, and Gina made the whole process seamless by keeping me informed every step of the way. Thanks to her, I’m already considering my next trip and would absolutely work with her again.

Banff has been on my bucket list for some time. While my husband and I love to plan and travel, the demands of daily life were keeping us from dedicating the time to booking a much needed vacation. We used GWA Travel collective for our honeymoon to Waikiki, Hawaii and it was such a great experience. Gina is the absolute best. Everything was set and planned just as we requested. Gina pays attention to all of the details for making your vacation experience absolutely wonderful. We went to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Glen Canyon Overlook, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, Forest Gump Point, Grand Canyon and ended at a beautiful resort in Sedona.

Outstanding! My son studies Japanese, and we hoped to go to Japan in 2020 following his high school graduation. We had to postpone due to the pandemic and I started working with Gina in 2021 for a potential summer 2022 trip. Gina took a course to better understand how to arrange a Japan vacation and provided us with an exciting itinerary for a 2 week trip to Tokyo and Kyoto. We finally went in July 2023 and it was truly a trip of a lifetime. Everything went smooth as silk due to Gina's careful attention. She arranged airport transport, tour guides, hotels, bullet train to Kyoto, and our fun excursions (ramen noodle making, samurai experience, Nara deer park - just to name a few) but also planned days where we explored on our own -- a perfect balance! Gina booked an amazing five year wedding anniversary trip for my husband and I. We didn’t take a honeymoon, so I wanted to make sure we did something for our fifth anniversary. I had a destination in mind, but nothing else. The thought of booking a trip, finding activities and good food was overwhelming. Gina made the entire process seamless. She was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Gina stayed within my requested budget, ensured all my needs were met in terms of hotel room type and transportation to and from the airport. Gina book a group trip for me to Mexico. From finding the best resort for our wants and needs to making the fear of traveling so simple, Gina planned everything perfectly. We had such an amazing honeymoon in Punta Cana at the Excellence El Carmen Resort. Our travel planner Gina with GWA Travel Collective was key in making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing week in paradise. Gina helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. We knew we wanted to go to an all inclusive in Mexico, but didn't know how to go about it. Everything went smoothly.
We did have one ‘glitch’ with an uncooperative Hotel Desk Staff person which we tried to negotiate ourselves. As soon as we asked Gina for help it was resolved.

Gina was thorough, responsive and conscientious. My mom is 93 so we had concerns and questions about how to accommodate her capacity for mobility, stamina and comfort. Gina really listened to our wishes and our needs and made sure we would have a seamless trip .
