I sure am glad that I got ahold of a person like Crystal when we finally decided to go on our first cruise!!! We didn’t have to do anything from the start to when we got home with all the memories of a perfect planned vacation and it wouldn’t have been so good if it wouldn’t have been for her!!!

Mother and Daughter Alaskan Cruise

Crystal is helping me plan my first cruise. I am taking my mom on an Alaskan Cruise in June 2024. This is something my parents always wanted to do but unfortunately my dad is no longer able to go. Great Adventure!

Everything went smooth with what she set up

It was a great experience to work with someone that knew what they were doing when we had to travel to Harlingen Texas. She got us a flight from Minneapolis to Harlingen Texas and we got a okay price!!! She then had a shuttle ready to pick us up as soon as we got our luggage and my handicap scooter. The shuttle that she had booked for us loaded all our luggage and my scooter and took us to our winter home in Texas. I would absolutely have her again and would recommend her to anyone that needs help

High School Team Trip

Crystal was friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to find a hotel that would accomodate a large number for players and families with special accomodation requests. There was a concert and big tournament in town, so it was not easy to find a convienient location with availability for a large group of travelers on a short notice. We would HIGHLY recommend Crystal for family and friend vacations or team/large group travel.

We had a great trip! Our resort was awesome! Crystal had all of our itinerary ready to go- airfare, car rental, resort and Universal tickets. She also used an app that we downloaded to be able to view all of our trip details and we could message her anytime through the app. This was very convenient! Crystal was super friendly and took the time to research different places/options. Having Crystal help us with all the reservations definitely reduced a lot of stress on me! Cartel attack 2 weeks before departure to same city

Many people were aware that there was a cartel attack in Puerto Vallarta Mexico in February of 2026, my family had a vacation scheduled to go there just 2.5 weeks later. Crystal was amazing with keeping us up-to-date on airline policies, other options and costs, and just following the news cycles to see if there was any reason to be concerned along with excursion information. We ended up choosing to continue with our scheduled vacation, and had an amazing time. We'll never experience Puerto Vallarta as quiet in March as we did this year. I'm thankful for all the extra communication and research Crystal put into our trip - she really went above and beyond to make us comfortable with whatever choice we decided to make!

Spring break 2026

Excellent Dominican Vacation!

We really enjoyed being at Playa Esmerelda and not in Punta Cana, very relaxed vibes! The pools close at sundown time and the area gets quiet! The "public square" where restaurants/ shops/ most entertainment is stays lively until around 11pm. The beach is gorgeous. We love that you can walk the beach for miles with no disruption. No people, no businesses, just untouched nature! The staff at the resort was very kind and helpful, the food was great. Our airport experiences were seamless! No complaints! Thank you Crystal!
