Universal was a blast!

We went to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. Have never been to these places for a trip. Besides the parks being amazing our trip was so well ironed out by Shea, that we had nothing to worry about. She spent several hours on the phone with me prior to the trip, worked out all the small details, was able to help us with the best way to have express passes, etc. She makes herself available by text or phone call at any point you need her. She is my vacation 'crutch' and we are so thankful for her. We also had a group of 10 consisting of two families and she navigated all those things without difficulty and our trip was a blast with ease. She gave us all the tips on how to navigate the parks well, food tips, drink tips and sent all of those in handy emails as well. The trip was seamless!

From the minute we contacted Shea she began working through every detail and option for us as we planned to take our family of 9 to Disney. She was so knowledgeable and caring to help each family with all the questions we had. We needed strollers, a scooter, and refrigerator for medical issues and she handled all of that , even down to communication between the companies . The entire trip was a dream come true and we could not have done it without Shea! There is no doubt that she loves people and helping them have the best experiences !

Best Disney World Trip !!!

I took my kids and grandkids to Disney World, which was a much bigger undertaking than I thought. Shea worked with us for a year making sure that we understood our options and really helped us navigate the complexities of the trip. She spent so much time with us helping us understand the Disney App and helping us with everything, including Legoland tickets, airport pickups any and everything. We had a snag on a Sunday and Shea got on the phone with Disney and got it fixed within a short period of time. 5 stars is really not enough !!! We had a wonderful, memory making experience which wouldn’t have happened if Shea had not been our travel agent. I plan to always use her for future travel plans.

Christmas Vacation

Our family recently reached out to Shea Grammer to help us with a Christmas Vacation that included all the children and grandchildren (quite an undertaking). Shea has been by far the best travel agent we have ever worked with! She booked our two week trip to Italy. We traveled to Milan, Santa Margherita Ligure, Lake Como, Venice, Florence, and Rome! 40th Birthday Trip didn’t Disappoint

I have never used a travel agent before, but will be using Shea for all my travel needs from now on. She is knowledgeable, kind, and most of all patient. There were countless days where I would text her at any given hour, and she responded right away. Several times I called her because it was a more lengthy question than a text message would suffice for and she paused what she was doing to answer my call. In addition to that before our trip, each day of our trip she was available exactly when I needed her to be while in Disney. Many times I had a question which required a prompt answer, and she was there. She went above and beyond for myself and my family to have the best trip, and we simply could not have done it well without her!
